When I came home and wanted to open the booster, I found it was already opened and 4 cards out of 10 were missing. I came back in the shop to have a look better and I found there were other packages opened and offer at the same price as if they were sealed. I asked if they were aware of that and they say yes and that the problem was mine because I did not check carefully in the first place and because I bought it. Moreover, I want to point out that there was no labeling of the shelf with those boosters that could suggest to selling damaged products, and when I suggested to do so they said nothing. It is a fraud, and if it's so for boosters why should I trust and buy something else? In all of this, they never try to ask me if I wanted a refund, sure that their position is valid. I gave them the cards I bought back, because I have dignity, but I hope they are not gonna sell them again to someone else... I should have destroyed the cards actually.
