The room was perfect for me, with lot of natural light, big windows, wardrobe, etc. I really liked that all the apartment comes completely furnished and all expenses are clear from the starting of my rent. I never pay an extra euro than the original one. It is a good option if you are looking for a room or flat in Vienna, also you can choose where you would like to live in Vienna, as they have a lot of choices across the city of Vienna and more. I highly recommend Colivi.

In this time I have lived in two different properties, both have been great! The properties are well looked after and the Colivi team are extremely helpful and efficient. The team have dealt with any requests straight away. The furniture in each property is great quality and often updated. The price for a room including bills is very reasonable and as bills are included and organised by the team, this made living hassle free. I have met many friends through sharing apartments and will still remain in touch with all. Thank you Colivi team ?

There is everything you need and the expense formula included seems to me a really good deal. I was on laxenburgerstrasse in the 10th district. I must say that I was very close to everything and under the house I had everything I needed. Colivi's managers have always been available for all our problems and requests. I would advise all colivi staff to personally check the apartments before any departure or arrival. Summing up, 8/10. Good job Guys, keep going !!! The another one has great view that’s overlooking Vienna, but it needs more effort in terms of hygiene and maintenance. However, The Colivi team is very cooperative and quick response whenever I reach them. High quality of service and comfortable design for flats and rooms. I strongly recommend colivi for both short and long term residence.

The room was clean, the moving-in process was easy, and the management was very attentive. If anything was wrong they were more than helpful to accommodate. Great experience.

Deposit was fully paid back one week after I left the flat, so also this was smooth. I would recommend staying with the company when you want to spend some nice months in Vienna

The flat where I used to live was situated in a very central place with all the groceries, supermarkets, etc. and pretty close to the Technical University as well. The option that you can arrive and enter the flat without complicated key transfers made it very convenient. The short term rental opportunity and the fact that all the house belongings (for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) are included in the rent makes it very easy to travel light and go to Vienna only with you clothes. The internet was also great - something very important for the modern life! :D My flatmates were pretty cool and the landlords in the meaning of the CoLivi team were very friendly and responsive all the time. I would definitely recommend that service to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vienna!

The issues were resolved reasonably quickly and helpful. The price for a short term, all in and no strings is ok and as landlords they are really friendly. It was lovely to get to know so many others from different countries and backgrounds whilst I was there living in the flat and would recommend them.
