Die wollen die Leute für blöd verkaufen: sagten 3x Sojamilch für unsere Getränke .. fragten auch vorher ob es überhaupt eine gibt, "ja, klar"... und dann nimmt sie erst recht Kuhmilch... ups, "Soja Milch ist aus"... Die wollten uns nicht mal das Geld zurückgeben und entschuldigt haben sie sich auch nicht !!! INABILITY and naughty! They want to sell people for stupid things: said 3x soy milk for our drinks .. also asked beforehand whether there was one at all, "yes, of course" ... and then she really takes cow's milk ... oops, "soy milk is out "... They didn't even want to give us the money back and they didn't apologize either !!!

Qualität des Kaffees ist einmalig, Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und auch ein kühles Bier schmeckt auf der gemütlichen Terrasse ;) Will be a regular again next season. The quality of the coffee is unique, the service is very friendly and a cold beer tastes good on the cozy terrace;)

Very nice service, we react immediately to special requests, the atmosphere is really cozy and the shakes are delicious. I'm already looking forward to the next season.

Super guter Kaffee und beim Essen gibt es immer wieder tolle Auswahl (Wurstsalat und die Burger sind sehr lecker). Wonderful atmosphere on the Neufeldersee. It's a shame that the season is over this year. Super good coffee and there is always a great selection of food (sausage salad and the burgers are very tasty).

Bin sowas von coffeeshop company nicht gewohnt, verschlechtert eindeutig das Image des Unternehmens. I forgot to say that I want lactose-free milk - no compromise, yes then you have to pay again blah blah. I'm not used to something like that from a coffeeshop company, which clearly worsens the company's image.
