E	Emmi Rother on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut abzuraten. Wir wollten unsere gesprungene Scheibe vom bodentiefen Wohnzimmerfenster ersetzen lassen. Erst mussten wir dem Auftrag ständig nachlaufen und nachfragen, wurden nicht selbständig informiert und auch zwei Mal trotz Versprechungen nicht zurückgerufen. Dann hat das Montageteam das kaputte Glas aus dem Rahmen geschlagen (kaputtgeschlagen), was wohl auch notwendig war vor dem Transport, aber ohne den Boden davor auszulegen (oder etwas fürs Abdecken dabeizuhaben) oder uns vorher zu informieren, damit wir alles abdecken! Unser ganzer Garten ist nun auf mehreren Quadratmetern am Rasen und Schotter voll unzähliger scharfer Scherben!! Wo Kinder und Haustiere sich verletzen können. Das wäre komplett zu vermeiden gewesen! Man könnte meinen, es war das erste Mal, dass die Firma eine kaputte Scheibe ersetzen musste! Kompletter Fail und für uns eine Katastrophe. Bestimmt werden wir auch in fünf Jahren noch Scherben finden. Hoffentlich nicht in unseren Füßen! Absolutely not advisable. At first we had to constantly follow up and inquire about the order, were not informed independently and were not called back twice despite promises. Then the assembly team knocked the broken glass out of the frame, which was probably also necessary before transport, but without laying out the floor in front of it (or having something to cover it with) or informing us beforehand so that we could cover everything! Our whole garden is now on several square meters of lawn and gravel full of countless sharp shards! Where children and pets can injure themselves. That would have been avoided completely! You'd think it was the first time the company had to replace a broken window! Complete failure and a catastrophe for us. We'll definitely find broken pieces in five years. Hopefully not in our feet!
