We enjoy working with Madeleine a lot! She's been educating different levels of trainers during the national federation's trainersweekend. Not only is she very professional and knows from a competitors, as well as from a sportpsychologists background what she's talking about, but she's also very enthousiastic, motivating the trainers and climbers and creating valuable and inspiring interactions. Madeleine and climbing psychology teach climbers, athletes and people excellent tools to perform their absolute best. I have been part of her workshops in Australia and run nutrition workshops along side her at bouldering festivals and have learnt a lot professionally about how to get the most out of participants. Very much recommend working with climbing psychology.

Climbing psychology not only supports professional athletes but also hobby athletes to improve their mindset but also in navigating through traumatic experiences. Madeleine guided me in her empathetic and creative way not only through my trauma but was also open to explore other areas with me that affect my climbing. Therefore I could grow not just in my climbing but also as a human. Thanks for a beautiful journey!

Whether you are a competition climber or weekend warrior Madeleine can help you address the mental barriers that hold us back in sport. We attended a workshop for coaches, here in Ireland for Mountaineering Ireland, which really highlighted how communication, body language and visualisation can help the mindset of the athletes you work with to facilitate their best performances. She also provided a workshop on the Psychology of Sending and after applying the principles of the workshop it enabled me to unlock the sequence of my project and I sent it 2 weeks later. I would highly recommend Madeleine to anyone who is willing to explore and develop their thought processes to enhance their performance in life. It really works!

I am a competitor climber and struggle with a lot of mental problem, luckily I found Madeleine in the right time and at the perfect place. I am so grateful for everything that she taught me. Her knowledge about climbing and competition is really a big bonus. I can't thank her enough. Highly recommended!

I took 1:1 sessions with Madeleine to deal with issues I had. Madeleine kindly forced me to go outside my comfort zone with the exercises, but it was so worth it! We had 9 sessions together during 2 months and I feel so much more confident! My self worth and self esteem are higher and I no longer feel the need to prove myself to anyone. Certainly I will have bad days and times in future, but I can turn them arround now. And if I fail on a climb, I'll be frustreted, but it doesn't take long and I can view it as a opportunity to learn. This is all thanks to Madeleine!! ? She made me realize that I am not my thoughts (or my parents) and I don't have to believe what my thoughts (ego) tells me. And she also teached me how to set boundaries to protect myself and that I am a strong and brave woman who is loved and accepted by my nearest & dearest just the way I am + it has nothing to do with climbing grades! Thank you Madeleine! ❤️

I’m a climbing instructor and coach and wanted to understand my own mindset better as well as overcome some mental barriers I have lead climbing outside in particular. Maddie gave me one on one remote coaching and I couldn’t recommend it higher. It was such a worthwhile experience and I feel so much more aware of my own thoughts and processes, as well as equipped to begin coping with them. Maddie is patient, compassionate and incredibly good at digging down into what is going on psychologically in a way that makes you feel like you are a part of that discovery and have agency. Anyone seriously thinking about mindset and mental training would benefit from a session with Maddie.
