M	Mihai Chertif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really thieves! I had a problem with my car down the road from Italy to Austria and I couldn't get any internet access. By this, I couldn't cancel the reservation. They made me pay the whole room price even when I explained about my problem. Normally at a B&B hotel, because they have this policy of reservation/cancellation, I could have accepted a 30% withdrawal. All of the other B&B's that I stayed in, have a late hour when they cancel your reservation if you don't show up and if you didn't pay in advance. I strongly recommend everyone to think again before choosing this hotel. This kind of behaviour is not normal in this world !
S	Szilard Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice motel for one night, clean, silent, good no AC, saw hotels with triple of that price and even they had no AC... so i’m not gonna blame on this. Fair price Shower ok, all clean. 2 bars next to the hotel, so you definitely don’t get bored or dursy.

C	Christina Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only problem with this place is ALL of the fixtures in the shower were RUSTY. It felt gross taking a shower knowing how corroded the showerhead was. It appears they chose the cheapest fixtures when building. Easy fix if they are willing to upgrade. So if you don't like rusty showers, I would not stay here. Other than that, the hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are quite small as everyone has said, and unless you have all of the lights on, it is rather dim in the room even in the day. Breakfast is okay, not included in the price. There is soft drink/coffee vending in the lobby which is nice. This is a no smoking hotel but there is a covered smoking area next to the entrance. I should note that there is currently construction underway expanding the hotel, so if you get a room on that side, you will hear loud noise from 0730 on. For the price this hotel is not bad, but I won't be staying again until the rusty shower is fixed.
N	Nela Smrzova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WiFi worked great but this place, for what it was, was expensive. The rooms barely had space to move and it was unexplainably hot everywhere. Even when we turned off the heater and opened the window. The steps of the bunk be were so thin it was very painful to step on them and every time someone flushed in the building, the toilet started to trickle water. The water tasted odd to me, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. But the water pressure in the shower was frankly terrible and there were carpets everywhere which I don't think is very hygienic. Otherwise, it was clean and the employees were kind.

B	Boaz Nahum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically checked myself in with the machine by the door. Room was clean and the shower and toilet were spacious. No closets (only shelves) in my room, so I'm not sure it'll fit anyone. Breakfast was a bit extra from what I've seen in Austria and overall the food was good. There's a few nice places to eat out at night if you like, and a small shopping center to get by. It's a perfect stop from Western Austria on the way back to Vienna.
