Claudia´s Katzenurlaub

Aufgrund einer Operation musste ich meine 18 jährige Katze Shelly in fremde Obhut und außer Haus geben. Nach ausführlicher Recherche habe ich Katzenurlaub. at entdeckt und Vertrauen gefasst. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht mein betagter Katzenliebling wurde kompetent und liebevoll betreut, auch wenn es mit dem springen nicht so klappte und die Oberschenkel von Frau Claudia leiden mussten :-)

Meine beiden Katzen Lucy fast 15 Jahre und Sunny 3 Jahre waren vom 16. Februar bis 10. März 2022 bei Claudia im Katzenhotel ,beide fühlten sich Wohl. Ich konnten meinen Kuraufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen ohne dass ich mir Gedanken um meine Katzem machen musste .Würde es jederzeit wiederhaben, kann es nur weiterempfehlen

Claudia is a very dedicated cat-loving person. She also kept us updated with regards to our cat. Although we missed her, we always felt she was well looked after. We will bring our cat there again. Thank you to the team!

Claudia is amazing. My cat spent almost a month with her and everything was absolutely perfect. I was very scared to leave him for such a long time but she kept me calm and constantly updated about his behavior. I have never thought that I could trust somebody so much. Thank you very much for your help and for taking such a good care of Valentin.

Claudia and her husband are two of the nicest people we have ever met and are clearly passionate about animals. They looked after our cat like one of their own children, always keeping us up to date with how he was and ensured that he got all the necessary medical attention when he wasn't well for a few days. The indoor and outdoor areas are truly a paradise, there is plenty of space and everything is immaculately clean. We simply cannot imagine a better place for a cat to stay. Thank you so much Claudia and family!

I usually don't write bad reviews, I just let things and forget, but now I want to draw attention if someone is in doubt to leave cat in this hotel - be prepared to get sick cat back. In August, I left a healthy vaccinated 4 year old cat for 10 days while I was on vacation. The cat was returned to me sick, she was sneezing and had runny nose and eyes. Claudia has alredy started to gave her some antibiotics and gave to me to continue with antibiotics at home. When I asked whether the cat examined by the vet (because she started to gave her antibiotics) she said "No, but some other cats were sick there and vet checked them, they had same symptoms" so she assumed that mine probably have same problem. Since not only my cat was sick that means in hotel was some kind of pandemic between cats. First 5 days after I brought the cat home she was latergic, her immunity was down, she had temperature, she got eye infection. Now month and half later I still cure her eye. She has never been sick before and this was not the first time to leave my cat in place like this hotel to be with other (healthy) cat. So, I paid hotel, ( Claudia also asked to pay antibiotics, which she gave me ) and now I am paying my vet to cure eye infection and I will pay tests to check if she picked some seriously virus even she is vaccinated. While we were on vacation and asked how is going there, we always got answers that all was ok, but obviously it wasn't. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
