In frühestens zwei Monaten wäre vielleicht ein Termin frei - unglaublich!! Die Dame tut alles um Stammkunden zu verlieren... Es tut mir ehrlich leid um die durchwegs guten, professionellen und freundlichen Masseurinnen dort! Zahlreiche Gespräche und Bitten um Termine haben nichts bewirkt. Wir sind dabei uns jetzt die notwendigen Schritte zu überlegen. Es reicht! Wie hier mit langjährigen Stammkunden umgegangen wird ist skandalös! Since July my wife tries in vain to redeem a voucher for 10 massage hours. The owner tries to prevent this with all tricks. Die Chefin ist sehr freundlich, bietet auch Tee und Snacks an. Die schlechten Bewertungen wegen der vielen noch offenen 10er Blöcke vom Vorbesitzer hat sie definitiv nicht verdient. Der vor einiger Zeit gekaufte Block ( mehrere hundert Euro) wurde anfangs nur widerwillig, mittlerweile überhaupt nicht mehr eingelöst mit der Ausrede es gäbe auf lange Zeit keinen einzigen freien Termin. Die Aufforderung dann halt das Geld zu retournieren wird nur höhnisch quittiert. Bei der Frage wann nun eine Einlösung der bereits bezahlten Leistung möglich wäre wird das Telefongespräch abrupt beendet. Da eine gesetzliche Verpflichtung zur Einlösung besteht und offensichtlich auch mehrere Kunden davon betroffen sind, kann ich mich nur dem Vorschlag anderer Rezessionen anschließen und die Einschaltung des Konsumentenschutzes oder eines Rechtsanwaltes empfehlen ! Bei der Massage selbst gehen sie individuell auf die jeweiligen körperlichen Beschwerden der Klienten ein. Ich war bereits beim Vorgänger Kunde. Meine Erfahrungen zeigen, dass die Qualität und Freundlichkeit sich insbesondere beim Empfang stark durch die Übernahme verbessert haben. Die Kritikpunkte betreffend Abwicklung von offenen Gutscheinen des Vorgängers kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Natürlich muss man bei jeglicher Kritik auch bedenken, dass der Vorgänger gerade in der Verkaufsphase des Instituts noch Massen an Massageblöcken günstig verkauft hat, die durch die Neuübernahme ohne Einnahmen abgearbeitet werden mussten. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und sehr sauber man fühlt sich wie daheim. Umkleideraum war sauber und hatte 2 Duschen sowie eine Toilette und Zugang zum Sauna der gratis dazu gehört. Das finde ich schon mal sehr nett weil wäre das wirklich so schlimm wie es in den Kommentaren beschrieben ist dann würde man auch für die Nutzung von Sauna Geld verlangen wie es nicht ist. Ich wollte eine halbe std Massage haben die hat sie auch ausgeführt und um 10 bis 15min ohne zusätzlichen Kosten verlängert, war dabei sehr freundlich und vorsichtig. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich gut verstehen, dafür musste man aber Mensch sein und mal daran denken wie geht es der Besitzerin die diese Leute behandeln muss aber dafür garnichts bekommt, immerhin muss sie sich ja die Miete, Strom, Mitarbeiter und alle anderen Kosten ja finanzieren und davon dass wer davor die Blockmassagen kassiert hat, hat sie ja garnichts nur ein Minus. Es war mir ein Vergnügen, werde nächste Woche auch meinen Freund mitnehmen, immer wieder gerne. Herzlichen Dank? Very friendly and competent boss, from the beginning helpful, caring and courteous. The atmosphere is cozy and very clean you feel like home. Changing room was clean and had 2 showers and a toilet and access to the sauna for free. I think that's very nice because that would be really as bad as it is described in the comments then you would also ask for the use of sauna money as it is not. I wanted to have a half std massage which she also performed and extended by 10 to 15min at no extra cost, being very friendly and careful. They refuse to let me use previously paid for vouchers. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for nearly 10 months and they always come up with reasons that I cannot, i.e. like I can only book on M-W, or that I need to schedule one month in advance, etc. Today, while trying to use my voucher, there was a misunderstanding and the owner came shouting at me and interrupted the massage telling me that I was only allowed to book for 30’min, although I’d booked 90 with my prepaid voucher. I highly recommend finding another place for massage that is more professional. They can keep my unused vouchers. I won’t be back.
