★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citybike Wien is super convenient. It made our holiday in Vienna so delightful. 5 minutes to register, swipe your card to unlock bike, and off you go. Return it at any bike station, and there is one located at almost every street corner.
I took many many short rides within the city and I was charged nothing. I think the first hour of every unlocking is free and I never had to use more than an hour for getting from one place to another in the city.
Compared to bike sharing across other cities in Europe, I found this to be the simplest for short term renting. Other cities required registrations and complicated sounding memberships and fees
