★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein einziger Mitarbeiter und auch der Geschäftstellenleiter finden es der Mühe wert Kunden zu Grüßen bzw. zu fragen, ob Sie irgendwie behilflich sein könnten, obwohl das Geschäft leer war. Da braucht man sich nicht wundern, wenn der Kunde im Internet bestellt.
 Not a single employee and even the branch manager found it worth the effort to greet customers or to ask if they could be of any help, even though the store was empty. You don't need to be surprised when the customer orders on the Internet.
