Thanks to the V Cart, I'm here today, too. Nice lady at the cash register;) You learn a lot about and about the city of Dorabira and its people. Was very interesting .

Sehr gut aufbereitet, mit vielen informativen Beiträgen von Zeitzeugen und einer enormen Vielzahl an persönlichen Exponaten. Ein Besuch lohnt auf jeden Fall! One of the most successful exhibitions about working from home in the state. Very well prepared, with many informative contributions from contemporary witnesses and an enormous number of personal exhibits. Definitely worth a visit!

Kinder eher ungeeignet. 3 Stockwerke in einem alten gebäude gut in Szene gesetzt. Of course you have to be interested in the exhibition in general. For families or children rather unsuitable. 3 floors in an old building well staged.

Mehre Stockwerke bis ins ausgebaute Dachgeschoss gibt es zu erkunden. Die aktuelle Sonderausstellung über die Heimarbeit im Ländle und im benachbarten Ausland ist auch Schulen und Schülern zu empfehlen. Meine Generation (geboren Mitte der 60'iger Jahre) hat das noch erlebt, das der Vater Heimarbeit mit nach Hause gebracht hat. Heute unvorstellbar, über 8h arbeiten und dann noch Arbeit mit nach Hause nehmen... Great museum in wonderfully restored, old architecture. Definitely worth a visit! Also interesting for children. There are several floors to explore up to the converted attic. The current special exhibition on homework in the country and in neighboring countries is also recommended for schools and students. My generation (born in the mid-1960s) still experienced that the father brought home from home. Unimaginable today, work over 8 hours and then take work home with you ...

Bis 19 Jahre frei das war wiederum sympathisch ? Very nice in itself, nice cashier. Unfortunately one-dimensional exhibition This has damaged the price / performance ratio. Alles zusammen verdient mehr Besucher! The dirndl exhibition is a must if you like it. The history of Dornbirn is also super nice. And the building itself is worth seeing. Everything together deserves more visitors!

Blass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Stadtmuseum ist ein wunderbares Haus an dem tausende Menschen vorbei, selten jedoch hinein gehen, obwohl es dort immer wieder spannendes zu entdecken gibt. Für mich ein wunderschönes Haus am Eingang zum Marktplatz Dornbirn und immer wieder ein Besuch wert. PS: Tipp für Fotografen hier lassen sich vom oberen Stock tolle Bilder vom nostalgischen Marktplatz machen. The city museum is a wonderful house where thousands of people pass by, but rarely enter, although there are always exciting things to discover. For me a beautiful house at the entrance to the market square Dornbirn and always worth a visit. PS: Tip for photographers here can make great pictures of the nostalgic marketplace from the upper floor.
