★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich, Schülerin aus Graz, habe heute meine Bücher zurückgebracht und wurde zuerst sehr nett behandelt. Doch dann wurde ich beschuldigt, dass ich zum einen ein Buch schmutzig gemacht hätte und zum Anderen eine Seite aus einem Buch herausgerissen haben sollte. Dies war definitiv beim Ausborgen der Bücher schon vorhanden. Ich bitte darum, dass beim Ausborgen bereits Notizen bezüglich Verunreinigungen und Beschädigungen vom Bibliothekspersonal gemacht werden. Dann kann es nicht mehr zu solchen Konflikten kommen.
I, a student from Graz, brought my books back today and was treated very nicely at first. But then I was accused of having dirty a book on the one hand and tearing a page out of a book on the other. This was definitely already there when the books were borrowed. I would ask that the library staff take notes on soiling and damage when borrowing. Then such conflicts can no longer arise.
