Price performance ratio is great. The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished. The location is in the center and still quiet. Garage in the house is great too.

Die Betreuung von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war überragend. Ich kann diese Unterkünfte wärmstens weiter empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Grund des Aufenhaltes: beruflich Dauer des Aufenhaltes: 8 Wochen In the immediate vicinity of the main square and still in a very quiet location, I had this beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartment. The care from arrival to departure was outstanding. I can highly recommend these accommodations and will definitely be back. Reason for stay: professional Length of stay: 8 weeks

Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Parkplatz wird ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Werden es bei unseren nächsten Villach Aufenthalt sicher wieder buchen. Super great location, very close to the main square. Very nicely furnished and above all very well maintained apartment. In the middle of the city and still absolutely quiet. Parking is also provided free of charge. Will definitely book it again on our next Villach stay.

Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Gebäude vorhanden, die Schlüsselübergabe am Abend per Schlüsseltresor hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet, vom Geschirr, über die Nespresso-Maschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und den Handtüchern. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Very nice, modern apartment in the middle of Villach's pedestrian zone. Parking is available right next to the building, the key handover in the evening via the key safe worked without any problems. Everything was clean and well equipped, from the dishes, to the Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and towels. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind hervorragend eingerichtet, die Doppelbetten sind sehr bequem. Ich würde wieder dort buchen. Very nice apartment, we were even able to book for just one night - this is not a matter of course for an apartment. The two bedrooms are superbly furnished and the double beds are very comfortable. I would book there again.

In einem Satz zusammengefasst: Hier passt einfach alles und vor allem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist super zentral in der Innenstadt von Villach und es gibt eine Garage im Haus, wo das Auto kostenfrei eingestellt werden kann. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (eines als Wohn-Schlafzimmer), es ist wirklich alles sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und wirklich hilfsbereit. Was man beim ersten Mal vielleicht nicht genau genug weiß ist, dass der Schlüssel zuerst bei der Haustüre abgeholt werden muss und man danach in die Garage fahren kann. Dies konnte aber schnell mittels Anruf geklärt werden. Wir werden mit Sicherheit hier wieder absteigen, wenn wir in Villach übernachten. We stayed in this apartment for four nights and it was just great. To sum it up in one sentence: Everything is just right here and, above all, the price-performance ratio. The location is super central in the city center of Villach and there is a garage in the house where the car can be parked free of charge. There are two bedrooms (one as a living room / bedroom), everything is really very clean. There is a washing machine and the landlords are always available and really helpful. What you may not know exactly enough the first time is that the key must first be picked up at the front door and then you can drive it into the garage. However, this was quickly clarified by phone call. We will definitely stay here again when we stay in Villach.

We stayed there with 3 children and we were very satisfied. We visited 3 lakes in a beautiful nature, walked around the city - very nice holiday. Fully recmmended.
