Fabulous location, Superb Accommodation and the loveliest of owners. This property not only is fantastically comfortable and spacious, It's so well appointed. The owners have clearly considered EVERYTHING that you need, both in your home and when travelling. Their assistance is remarkable and so knowledgeable. We absolutely loved staying here. Don't miss it!!!!!

Positive: The room was well equipped and large enough. Very good the position and the cleanliness level of th room. Excellent position in the main square of Lienz.. Negative: I am sorry but I have to report a very bad experience in this booking. The bookingconditions were not clear. After having confirmed a non refundable booking we discovered that they would have charged 20€ per night to let our little baby sleeping in our bed. We didn't asked for an additional bed and we didn't ask for any additional supplies for the baby. It makes no sense applying such charge. We've been travelling a lot with our baby and this is the first time. The bad point is that it was not clear in the booking conditions. We asked to cancel the booking or to apply some discount to this insane surcharge but the owners did not accept. We also involved booking.com staff but that contacted the owners and tried to convince them, leveraging on a pragmatic approach. No way. They remained on the position that the reservation was not refundable and they could not do anything. The only offered a larger room at a higher price plus - of course - the same extra for the baby. Reading again the booking conditions I am still convinced that they were really unclear and almost a fraud. At the end we had to accept because we were already on our trip in Austria. That was really a pity. It would be a very positive feedback because the room was clean and the position was good, but the lack of flexibility and no willing at all in finding an agreement with the customer convinced me to write this review. PS Even the alerts in the room were strange. In case of items broken we would have been liable for more than 100% of the valure of the broken item..

Positive: Room with a nice view of a square and the Alps. Quiet place except perhaps a little noisy neighbors. Friendly welcome by a staff of a cozy photographer’s shop. We had a nice stay in a beautiful city near the mountains..

Positive: Really spacious, clean apartment with great access to the town. Balcony was great too, overlooking the square behind the main town. Secure parking within short walk. Negative: Only negative the older gentlemen in the shop below who greeted us wasnt that friendly but other staff were all very helpful and friendly.
