Bisher kann ich von freundlicher, unkomplizierter und kompetenter Abwicklung von Reperaturen oder 57a-Überprüfungen berichten. Es handelt sich definitiv um eine Werkstatt in welche man mit gutem Gefühl sein Auto stellen kann. Der Inhaber ist hilfsbereit und primär an praktiablen Lösungen interessiert. Bei größeren Reperaturen werden auch sinnvolle Alternativen vorgeschlagen. Anstatt des Schnick-Schnack von machen großen Autohäusern steht hier die ehrliche Arbeit im Vordergrund. It is definitely a workshop in which you can put your car with a good feeling. The owner is helpful and primarily interested in practical solutions. For larger repairs, sensible alternatives are also suggested. Instead of the bells and whistles of some large car dealerships, the focus here is on honest work.

Hätte mein Auto gerne ansehen lassen, bekam aber leider nur sehr abweisende Antworten und extrem hohe Preisschätzungen ohne jegliche Begutachtung. Anscheinend keinerlei Bedarf an Neukunden. Erst auf meine - zum FÜNFTEN MAL WIEDERHOLTE Anfrage wurde mir dann doch noch ein Termin zur Begutachtung angeboten. Kann mir das Verhalten nicht erklären, ich war freundlich wie immer, habe soetwas in 50 Jahren noch nicht erlebt. Vielleicht wollen sie keine älteren Autos? oder befürchten sie Preisvergleiche? Keine Ahnung, aber ich bin auf jeden Fall erfolgreich abgeschreckt worden. I only had telephone contact and was looking for workshops for repairs and service. Would have liked to have my car looked at, but unfortunately only got very dismissive answers and extremely high price estimates without any assessment. Apparently no need for new customers. It was only when I asked - which was repeated for the FIFTH TIME - that I was offered an appointment for an assessment. I can't explain the behavior, I was friendly as always, I haven't experienced anything like this in 50 years. Maybe they don't want older cars? or do you fear price comparisons? I don't know, but I've definitely been successfully deterred.
