★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big, cinema complex with a few restaurants and bars inside. 3D available with glasses free of charge. Imax also. Small arcade available.
Reserved ticket printer yes, but no ticket machines. Reserve ahead online or you might stand in a long queue.
Pretty much standard in what you expect of modern cinema complexes in this part of the world.
Lots of free parking spaces available. Yes, it gets full, but there are always places available and the cinema did a great job there.
Be aware that English movies are only played on Tuesdays in sneak previews. That's pretty bad and the main reason for the low review score.
Also, no 4DX or comfortable lounge chair selections like it is a standard in other parts of the world.
Food selection is also minimal. No hot foods like chicken wings or similar available, only popcorn, nachos, chips and similar.
Shady selling tactics. Foods are marketed to buy boxes. Prices of single items is not visible. Order a small popcorn and you get not the smallest version. Order fruitgums and you also get a box, not the smaller packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices, and mostly good food options, don't sit to close to the edges when watching 3D movies in the IMAX theatre though and one star goes for the sadly often dirty restrooms. Still the best choice for a cinema especially for guests from Switzerland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cineplexx is the biggest cinema in the region. There is even an IMAX cinema hall. There must be around half a dozen halls where you can watch the newest movies. The place has also different restaurants and some bars. The queue can be very long for the popcorn and drinks counter. Better be like 15 minutes earlier. The variety of the shops are good. The prices for the drinks and food for the cinema are overpriced. Other than that it is a nice place to be if the weather is rainy and if you are running out with ideas where to go. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great complex! I love that you can have a drink before or after your movie, the bars have different concepts which enhances the fun and there are arcade games, what else could one ask for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. If the movie is popular go earlier to get the tickets or snacks easier and you don't have to wait so long. Many tiny restaurants or bars in there as well- friendly staff as well. Movies are in German tho!
