★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As there is construction currently happening in the cinema, there is no air conditioning in most screens until mid-September. Until then, it is far too hot in a packed theater to be comfortable.
I believe screens 1 and 2 still have air conditioning but I haven't been in those recently.
In addition, the new layout of the cinema means that if you just need tickets, you must queue with people who want food as well. This just comes across as greedy to push people to order more food.
I have also not seen any separate queue for Black Card holders which there was before.
Out of two ticket printing machines, one has been broken on both occasions I have visit over the last few weeks.
The recent conditions here will push me to wait for more films to come out on DVD/streaming services rather than going to the cinema.
