Hatten dann vereinbart das wir am Montag eine Email schreiben für die Buchung - keine Reaktion. Seither mehrmals angerufen - die Kollegin ist immer am telefonieren und ruft zurück. Keine Ahnung wen sie zurückruft, uns auf alle Fälle nicht! Werden nun in einem anderen Reisebüro buchen I can not recommend. Were there for advice on Saturday, was very friendly. We then agreed that we would write an email on Monday for the booking - no reaction. Called several times since then - the colleague is always on the phone and calls back. No idea who she calls back, not us! Will book now in another travel agency

Wir haben im November eine Reise nach Kreta gebucht die jetzt im Juli stattfinden sollte. ca 3 Wochen vor Reiseantritt an einem Freitag rief uns eine Mitarbeiterinn des Reisebüros an dass die Reise trotz Corona wie geplant stattfinden könne und wir am Montag den Restbetrag überweisen können. Dies taten wir auch und schon einen Tag danach bekamen wir wieder einen Anruf und diesmal hieß es das sie die Reise doch stornieren müssten. Auf die Frage warum bekamen wir die Antwort: Weil es keine Flüge nach Kreta gibt(Das wussten sie 4 Tage vorher wahrscheinlich nicht). Weiters hieß es das wir jetzt ein paar Wochen auf unser Geld warten müssen aber bis zum Reiseantritt sollte es überwießen sein. Am Tag des Reiseantritts war immer noch keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. Also mussten wir wieder Anrufen und bekamen dann zu hören das es schon noch etwas dauern könnte mit der Überweisung. Irgendwann kam das Geld dann aber leider zuspät für eine Ersatzreise. Mfg Patrick Can not recommend the travel agency. We booked a trip to Crete in November which should now take place in July. About 3 weeks before the start of the trip on a Friday, a staff member of the travel agency called us that the trip could take place as planned despite Corona and that we could transfer the remaining amount on Monday. We did this and a day later we got another call and this time it was said that they had to cancel the trip. When asked why we got the answer: Because there are no flights to Crete (they probably didn't know 4 days before). Furthermore, it was said that we now have to wait a few weeks for our money but it should be overwhelming before the start of the trip. There was still no refund on the day of departure. So we had to call again and then we heard that it could take some time for the transfer. At some point, unfortunately, the money came late for a replacement trip. Mfg Patrick
