★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient, hab vor einem Monat eine Shisha dort gekauft. Der Schlauch von der Shisha ist komplett auseinander gefallen. Bin nach einem Monat hingegangen mit Rechnung, hat uns nur einen neuen Schlauch verkaufen wollen, keine Garantie, kein Kundenservice, nichts! Obwohl es offensichtlich war, dass der Schlauch einfach schlecht verarbeitet war. Frechheit! Shisha wird dort sicher keine mehr kauft und Tabak auch nicht mehr!
Did not even earn a star, bought a shisha there a month ago. The hose of the hookah has fallen completely apart. I left after a month with a bill, just wanted to sell us a new hose, no warranty, no customer service, nothing! Although it was obvious that the hose was simply badly processed. Impudence! Shisha will surely no longer buy there and tobacco will not!
