★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett und hilfsbereit!! Sehr entgegenkommend, zur Not macht er auch Hausbesuche (konnte bei meinem Fagott die Haube nicht mehr abnehmen, da der Kork zu fest saß)! So etwas findet man sonst nirgends und ich kann den Herrn Rauch nur wärmstens empfehlen, auch, weil er einer der wenigen in Österreich ist, die sich mit Fagotten wirklich auskennen!
 Very nice and helpful !! Very accommodating, if necessary he also makes house calls (couldn't remove the bonnet from my bassoon because the cork was too tight)! You won't find anything like this anywhere else and I can only warmly recommend Mr. Rauch, also because he is one of the few in Austria who really knows his way around bassoons!
