★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owned by a very friendly Chinese family, the Kowloon is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Vienna. It feels like home, the food is delicious and the prices - especially on working days around noon - are more than ok. It's also a great place to drop by for a small snack and have a conversation in a calm environment, since the place is rarely crowded. Strongly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this restaurant and always go here with my Deutsch Institute crew! If you want an intimate, family run, delicious dining experience, then this is the place for you. Full bar, cheap lunch menu. The Crispy Duck entree is my favorite. This is not fast food chinese! This is high quality restaurant chinese food. Yum!

Definitely try the Jiaozi (dumplings) for starter. We also had the crispy duck and sweet spicy chicken with cashew nuts which were delicious.

The portions are perfect and a vast range of vegetarian options. The staff are friendly and cater to all needs.
Not the largest of restaurants but a homely atmosphere and slightly in the quieter district, so great to escape the hustle bustle of the city.
I'd recommend for all to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive service, clean, a lot of Chinese elements but it’s old fashioned.. I thought it’s Cantonese food by its name but they don’t have the classic Cantonese 干炒牛河 and the menu was not very interesting. The food was cooked after I ordered and good.
