Ersatzteile alle lagernd da auch die Produktion im Haus. Ich wollte den Teil abholen und bezahlen, bekam ihn sogar kostenlos. Wo gibst den heute noch Ersatzteile gratis. Bei Chico in Öpping !!!!!!?? Service can't be beat, short wooden part of a double hammock broken after a few years. Spare parts are all in stock as the production is in-house. I wanted to pick up the part and pay for it, even got it for free. Where can you still get spare parts for free today? At Chico in Öpping !!!!!! ??

I own a hanging chair and it cannot be compared to any other. It's sooooo comfortable and they last a long time.

Nachdem nach mehr als 15 Jahren die Bodenschienen unseres Hängemattengestells kaputt waren war es überhaupt kein Problem diese nachzubestellen! Binnen 2 Tagen per Post erhalten! Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür! Some other companies should take a look at this service! After more than 15 years the bottom rails of our hammock frame were broken, it was no problem at all to reorder them! Received by post within 2 days! Thanks again for that!

Komme als Lieferant öfter dorthin und wurde bisher immer sehr freundlich empfangen und das abladen lief problemlos. A great family company that designs its products with passion. I come there more often as a supplier and have always received a very friendly welcome and unloading went smoothly. We have had stainless steel hammocks and hanging chairs in the garden for around ten years - they are in great demand with guests and families every summer.
