Genial apartamento para una estancia corta en la ciudad.

Locația centrală m-a determinat să rezerv trei nopți. Intrarea infiorătoare și mirosul groaznic din cameră m-au făcut să-mi doresc să nu fi venit în Viena. Apartamentul este la un fel de demisol... Are baie, o mică bucătărie cu frigider și un pat. Camera este mare și nu pot să spun că a fost muradară, însă din cauza umezelii totul puțea groaznic și pe pilotele și pernele de rezervă erau pete de condens. Era și o scară(în sus, normal) care ducea spre o "terasă comună" meschină unde nu e voie să fumezi că iei amendă 150 euro. Dacă stai cu ușa deschisă să scapi de miros, vine "femeia de serviciu"(un sârb zdravăn) dimineața să măture terasa. Sunt două stele și nu una pentru că am avut un frigider și un aragaz. Pe lângă poze, voi posta un film care vă arată cum este accesul în apartament(pe întuneric și pe pipăite). NU RECOMAND!

El sitio está muy bien para pasar unos días y en relación al precio y la localización nos parece muy adecuado. Lo único que no nos gustaron fueron las almohadas y que los extractores había horas que se encendían solos pero casi siempre estábamos fuera en esas horas.

It is an apartments at the demisol of an old buiding, near Landstrasse, into the heart of Vienna. Beyond the smell, this apartments has a bathroom, a hall and a large room. The view is beautiful and the neighbours are quiet people.

I have traveled in 19 countries over the last 3 years, Vienna three times, and have never had this level of incompetence and failure before. Do not risk your vacation by even considering this place. Close your browser window. Walk away. The correct keys were not left in the lock-box (some random keys were, that didn't work), the customer service number hung up on us when we asked to have a service person come, the 24hr emergency hotline yelled at us and said we were lying about the keys not being there, they sent a service person who came and opened it with a key that he had, and claimed that he had to change the locks and wait. The woman we spoke to refused to give her name, and told us that we'd never get a refund out of them, because we were offered access to our room eventually (after hours of dealing with them), and that this sort of thing is normal for their establishment. The service man said that this happens all the time, and it's expected, and he came with a whole new set of locks and keys ready. This is insane. Clearly a scam. Attached are pictures from the apt, showing a set of dummy keys that were left in the box, the dirt in the room, the bug in the shower, the dirty sinks, the door number, the lock box. This is just impossible to believe could happen in this city that I have stayed in many times prior. There was a direct threat against us to try and get a refund, as if our pain and suffering through this experience was funny for them, and they wanted to take our money and ruin our trip. There's no reason to subject yourself to that. Nobody deserves that. I hope this helps you avoid these terrible people and their scam. I wrote them asking for a refund, and was laughed at and then yelled at.

During the evening, we came to this place to spend a night. This was our first time in Vienna, so we didn't know what to expect from this. Obviously everyone should be allowed to make food, but it was impossible to stay at the place when the neighbors were making food. We had to leave the hotel for a couple of hours to get away from the loud noises that was coming out of the extractor hood. If you are sensitive to loud noises, don't spend your time here. Actually, don't even come here. It is not recommended, and will never be recommended by me. My advice is to think twice. Go somewhere else, it is beyond horrible.
