Although something would have to be invested in one place or another, but location and functionality can score points.
S	Sepp M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gemütliches Gruppenhaus im Iglocharme. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich im Haus wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Haus und gerade der Küchen/Wohnzimmerbereich hat uns genügend Platz geboten. Die Lage war schön und ruhig. Was jedoch den Wohlfühlfaktor eingeschränkt hat, waren nachfolgende Punkte: - Die Energieeffizienz liegt jenseits der Skala. Es muss mit Elektroradiatoren geheizt werden, um das Haus etwas warm zu bekommen. Die Kosten dafür trägt natürlich der Gast. - Der vorhandene kleine Holzofen ist schön, aber nicht mit Kinder nutzbar. - Die Ausstattung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern muss selbst organisiert werden. - Müllentsorgung muss selbst übernommen und zur nächsten Deponie gefahren werden. - Zustand und Sauberkeit der Bäder war nicht sehr angenehm. Insgesamt ok, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt zusammenfassend für uns nicht. Cozy group house in Iglocharme. We basically felt comfortable in the house. The entire house and especially the kitchen / living room area gave us enough space. The location was nice and quiet. However, what limited the feel-good factor were the following: - The energy efficiency is off the scale. It has to be heated with electric radiators to get the house a little warm. Of course, the costs are borne by the guest. - The existing small wood stove is nice, but not usable with children. - The provision of bed linen and towels must be organized by yourself. - Garbage disposal must be taken over and driven to the nearest landfill. - The condition and cleanliness of the bathrooms was not very pleasant. Overall ok, but in summary the price / performance ratio does not fit us.
