A	Anika Geus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine wirklich tolle Anlage! Die Wohnung sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Service ist wirklich außerordentlich gut und alle sind sehr freundlich. Der Brötchenservice und das Essen im Landhaus sind spitze. Der Weg zur Talstation ist kurz und alles ist bestens organisiert. Wir waren sehr gerne hier und kommen bestimmt wieder. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! A really great facility! The apartment is lovely and tastefully decorated and you have everything you need. The service is really good and everyone is very friendly. The bread service and the food in the country house are great. The way to the valley station is short and everything is well organized. We were very happy to be here and will definitely be back. Really highly recommended!

In unserem Haus der Kategorie B blieben keine Wünsche offen: schöner, gemütlicher Wohnbereich und Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Sauna, 2 Balkone und Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge! Der Brötchenservice morgens ist super und das Gebäck schmeckt sehr gut! Auch das Restaurant, das im Haupthaus betrieben wird, ist sehr zu empfehlen! Zu Fuß sind es nur 5 Minuten bis zu den Bergbahnen. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft in einem top Wander- und Skigebiet! We were now for the second time in the Chalet Resort Montafon, for hiking and skiing, and each had fantastic holidays. In our house of the category B left nothing to be desired: beautiful, comfortable living room and rooms, comfortable beds, sauna, 2 balconies and terrace overlooking the mountains! The bread service in the morning is great and the pastry tastes very good! The restaurant, which is operated in the main building, is highly recommended! It is only 5 minutes walk to the cable cars. All in all a great place to stay in a top hiking and skiing area!
W	Winfried Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr komfortabel Eingerichtete Chalet. Neuwertig und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts.. Kamin, Waschmaschine Trockner, und Sauna. Zum Skilift sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Ski werden direkt bei der Gondel eingestellt. also kein schleppen. Die Skischule für Kinder ist ganztägig inkl. Mittagessen und Betreuung was uns Eltern Freude bereitet. Den Kindern hat es sehr gefallen. Very comfortably furnished chalet. As good as new and clean. Nothing is missing .. Fireplace, washer dryer, and sauna. It is just a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Skis are placed directly at the gondola. so no dragging. The ski school for children is all-day including lunch and care, which we parents enjoy. The children liked it very much.

Der Brötchendienst war immer pünktlich und auch das Abendessen war mega klasse. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es einzig für die Größe der Sauna und der Zimmer, in denen war es mit Babybett dann doch recht eng. The houses are perfectly located to the gondola station and the service is really great. The bread service was always on time and the dinner was super great. There is only one star deduction for the size of the sauna and the rooms, in which it was quite cramped with a cot.

Besides, their regulations atre in contract with what they email and you don't want to have problems later. They claimed to have changed the cancellation procedure, but answers regarding the changed procedure couldn't be answered. Since the regular cancellation period was approaching cancelled it to be sure. In the meantime that they don't response to your emails, they raise the prizes so therefore dont mind cancellations. Conclusion is that answering emails can take days/weeks, but handling a cancellation is done within a couple of hours. Strange kind of customer service.
