★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles, großzügiges Apartment im Zentrum von Kirchberg. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Skibus Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Komfortabel und die Küche ist super. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für große Familien und Gruppen bis 11 Leuten perfekt geeignet.
Great, spacious apartment in the center of Kirchberg. Everything within walking distance. Ski bus stop right outside the door. Comfortable and the kitchen is great. Unbeatable value for money. Perfect for large families and groups up to 11 people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best goed, toch missen we een gewoon koffiezetapparaat. Wastafels zijn er niet op de etage, 1 douche is te weinig. Systeem met sleutels is niet handig. 1 sleutel in een sleutel kluisje is niet handig met 9 personen. Voor de rest netjes.
Pretty good, but we still miss a regular coffee maker. Washbasins are not on the floor, 1 shower is too little. System with keys is not handy. 1 key in a key locker is not handy with 9 people. For the rest neat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insgesamt war die Unterkunft gut und die Lage ist klasse. Ich bewerte deshalb nur mit einem Stern, weil der Geschirrspüler anscheinend schon seit über einem Jahr defekt ist (aus Rezessionen bei booking ersichtlich) und es der Vermieter nicht für nötig hält, diesen Schaden zu reparieren.
Hätte ich dies vorher gelesen bzw gewusst, hätte ich nicht gebucht. Wenn mehrere Kunden den Beispiel folgen und negative Erfahrungen abgeben, dann tut sich vielleicht irgendwann mal was wegen dem Geschirrspüler.
Overall, the accommodation was good and the location is great. I only rate it with one star because the dishwasher has apparently been defective for over a year (can be seen from recessions on booking) and the landlord does not consider it necessary to repair this damage.
If I had read or known this beforehand, I would not have booked. If several customers follow the example and give negative experiences, then maybe something happens about the dishwasher at some point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment but very shady business model. A lot of extra costs that well exceeded the price on our hotel booking site like 25 euro "cleaning fee" for every single person. Would not recommend.
