M	Marcus Balthasar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren übers Wochenende dort und waren sehr zufrieden: freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, geräumige und gemütliche sowie sehr saubere Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung, ein toller Saunabereich und ein absolut passendes Preisleistungsverhältnis machen uns die Entscheidung fürs kommendes Jahr oder den kommenden Winter bei der Auswahl der Unterkunft sehr leicht: heute ist nicht aller Tage wir kommn wieder keine Frage! Vor allem die Liebe zum Detail in der Gestaltung der Zimmer (z.B. Badbeleuchtung, Holzverkleidung, Möbel etc.), die gemütliche Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus und die freundliche, lustige und zuvorkommende Art der Gastgeber sind uns besonders positiv aufgefallen: 5 Sterne! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und bis zum nächsten Mal! :) We were there over the weekend and were very satisfied: friendly and courteous hosts, spacious and cozy as well as very clean rooms with modern equipment, a great sauna area and an absolutely appropriate price-performance ratio make us the decision for the coming year or the coming winter when choosing accommodation very easy: today is not every day we will come again no question! Above all, the attention to detail in the design of the rooms (e.g. bathroom lighting, wood paneling, furniture, etc.), the cozy atmosphere throughout the house and the friendly, funny and courteous nature of the hosts caught our attention particularly positively: 5 stars! M	M G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen weekend voor de tweede keer verbleven in Chalet Gonda. De eerste keer was vier weken terug met mijn ouders en erg goed bevallen. Om deze reden nog een keer geboekt met een groep vrienden. Echter is mijn mening na dit tweede verblijf allesbehalve positief. Ondanks het mooie en nieuwe complex, zijn we erg teleurgesteld wat betreft de service van de eigenaren. Na een klein schadegevalletje met een tafel de eerste dag, werden wij voortdurend in de gaten gehouden en zelfs meerdere keren agressief opgewacht wanneer wij thuiskwamen van het skiën. Toen we bij vertrek het openstaande bedrag van de toeristenbelasting en schoonmaakkosten gingen betalen, kregen we tevens een rekening van €399 voor de tafel. Toen we vroegen om een specificatie van de rekening kregen we te horen dat geld geen probleem zou moeten zijn. Volgens de eigenaar stonden er namelijk genoeg dikke auto's voor de deur. Kortom: ondanks het mooie complex hebben wij onze vakantie met een naar gevoel afgesloten en voelen we ons opgelicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug. Stayed at Chalet Gonda for the second time last weekend. The first time was four weeks ago with my parents and really enjoyed it. For this reason booked again with a group of friends. However, my opinion after this second stay is anything but positive. Despite the beautiful and new complex we are very disappointed with the service of the owners. After a small accident with a table the first day, we were constantly monitored and even met aggressively several times when we got home from skiing. When we went to pay the outstanding amount of the tourist tax and cleaning costs upon departure, we also received a bill of € 399 for the table. When we asked for a breakdown of the bill we were told money shouldn't be an issue. According to the owner, there were enough fat cars in front of the door. In short: despite the beautiful complex, we ended our holiday with a bad feeling and we feel ripped off. We will not come back here.

Es ist mit Liebe und vielen Naturmaterialien- vor allem Vollholz- eingerichtet, sodass es eine unglaubliche Wärme ausstrahlt und es trotzdem unglaublich modern wirkt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei einem Problem waren sie sofort zur Stelle und halfen uns weiter- Ärzte sowie Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir freuen uns, bald wieder buchen zu können- die herrliche Gegend und das Ambiente machten unseren Winterurlaub zum absoluten Highlight- danke dafür! We stayed in Chalet Gonda over New Year's Eve and are still absolutely thrilled with this wonderful house. It is furnished with love and many natural materials - especially solid wood - so that it radiates an incredible warmth and still looks incredibly modern. The owners are very friendly and helpful, in the event of a problem they were immediately on the spot and helped us - doctors and shops are in the immediate vicinity. We look forward to being able to book again soon - the wonderful area and the ambience made our winter holiday an absolute highlight - thanks for that!

We booked the chalet with 20 friends and were very satisfied. The hosts were very friendly and looked after us very well!

Das Chalet liegt direkt an einer Skibushaltestelle, von der man in wenigen Minuten in Ischgl an der Talstation ist. Das Chalet hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Wohnungen sind modern, großzügig, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Darüberhinaus verfügt das Chalet über eine Sauna und eine Infrarotkabine, die in Absprache mit den Besitzern spontan genutzt werden konnte. Ein großes Dankeschön an Familie Tschan, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und sich größte Mühe gegeben hat, allen unseren Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. We went skiing in Ischgl last week and stayed at Chalet Gonda. The chalet is located directly at a ski bus stop, from which you can reach the valley station in Ischgl in just a few minutes. The chalet more than met our expectations. The apartments are modern, spacious, clean and very lovingly furnished. In addition, the chalet has a sauna and an infrared cabin, which could be used spontaneously in consultation with the owners. A big thank you to the Tschan family, who gave us a warm welcome and made every effort to meet all of our needs. We would come back anytime.
