Skvělá cena, všude čisto. Prostorná a vybavená kuchyň.
Great price, clean everywhere. Spacious and equipped kitchen.

Clean, well equipped kitchen, nice hostess, there is even a bathtub. Negative: The toilet lid (had an automatic closing mechanism, when you sit you have it in your back and you have to hold it in front of it) and the room door was a sliding door that can never be completely closed, so you can hear everything from the dining room and see the light. All in all, however, good price-performance ratio.

Nice apartment with lovely furnishing. Also it is a new construction so it was a nice feeling to stay there and didn't face any kind of discomfort as such.

Edited from 3 to 1 star because the hosts will not reply to my request for clearing up their misleading Airbnb information. Sad. This is a bit of a conflicting review for me, because the place (booked through Airbnb) was pretty nice and a good value, but my check-in with Jaqueline as a host was really one of the worst ones of my 15+ Airbnb visits. Would I recommend it to others? Yes, if you keep the following issues in mind and only go for 1 or 2 nights, and are not a women traveling alone (see padlock issue). Would I go myself again? No. First off, this listing is for the downstairs room next to the kitchen. There is only a sliding door that doesn't fully close (and locks with a padlock) and leaves a gap, so it's noisy in the bedroom when other guests are in the kitchen or walking by. I've asked Ingo to edit the description to mention this but he stopped responding after my last two messages (5 and 2 days ago). A shame he doesn't want to better inform future guests. I've used the bathroom and toilet downstairs because with corona, it seems better to split up the 2 floors. As others have stated, downstairs the toilet lid seems broken and doesn't stay up but falls on your back, or you have to keep it up yourself. Simple and cheap fix... The bathroom downstairs has a bathtub, and only a shower head that you have to hold yourself (no hook on the wall, cheap fix...), and no shower curtain (cheap fix...), so the bathroom will get unnecessarily wet. Sadly, even for my stay of 3 nights, I only got 1 bath towel. During check-in I asked if I could get one more for my longer stay, but it was impossible and I was the first guest ever to ask for an extra towel. In my 15 Airbnb stays, every host offered extra towels themselves if I needed them, it's just a warm welcome for a new guest in their home. For this Airbnb however, "the price I paid did not include extra towels, or I pay extra". I had some issues with the small padlock as the only lock for my room, which Jaqueline also couldn't understand and hey, I could also just leave the house and find somewhere else to stay if I had so many issues? The friendliness was lacking, to say the least. Besides all of this, at least the house was pretty large, there is a nice garden, and the kitchen is really well equipped with an oven, microwave, plates, glasses, etc. Parking is easy at the house, there's a good kebab/pizza restaurant in the town with low prices. So yeah, if you don't have the problems like I had, it's a pretty nice place. If Ingo and Jaqueline fix the cheap and simple fixes and make an accurate listing description, this can be a great place to stay.
