M	Michael Wahlers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit 3 Paaren zum Skifahren im März 2018 in der Penthouse-Wohnung. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Planei-Piste, nach Schladming in den Ort sind es 10-15 min mit dem Auto. Die Penthouse-Wohnung verfügt über einen sehr großzügigen Koch-/Wohn-/Essraum mit einer Top-ausgestatteten Küche (Miele-Geäte, u.a. großes Gefrierfach, Weinkühlschrank) und einer sehr schönen Kochinsel. Direkt von der Küche gelangt man zu einem sehr großen Balkon/Terrasse mit Blick auf die Planei-Piste, man kann hier sehr schön ab Mittags bis zum Sonnenuntergang in der Sonne sitzen und auf das Treiben auf der Piste blicken; leider fehlen ausreichend Terrassenmöbel und/oder Liegen - sehr schade! Das Penthouse verfügt über insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit angeschlossenen sehr modernen Bädern. Als großes Manko haben wir allerdings die sehr unterschiedliche Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer empfunden, die so vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde. Ein Zimmer ist sehr luxriös und groß mit einer freistehenden Badewanne, TV und einem eigenen sehr großen Balkon. Ein anderes Schlafzimmer ist deutlich kleiner mit einem Doppelbett und einem Stockbett; man kann um das Doppelbett gehen - geschätze Größe ca. 16 qm, kein TV, kein Balkon. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein; das Doppelbett ist ein Schrankbett, man kann nicht um das Bett herumgehen, geschätzte Größe ca. 12 qm, kein TV, kein Balkon. Die Sauna im Haus ist mit einem etwas weiteren Weg nur über den Aussenbereich zu erreichen und es gibt keinen eigenen Ruheraum. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr schön und wertig - keine Frage. Die sehr unterschiedliche Gestaltung der Schlafräume, die vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde, und weitere Kleinigkeiten (Möblierung der Terrasse, Lage der Sauna, kein Kaminholz) stören den Gesamteindruck aber massgeblich und werden dem Anspruch und Preis einer Penthousewohnung nicht wirklich gerecht . Daher nur 3 Sterne. We were with 3 couples for skiing in March 2018 in the penthouse apartment. The house is located directly on the Planei slope, after Schladming in the place it is 10-15 minutes by car. The penthouse apartment has a very spacious kitchen / living / dining room with a top-equipped kitchen (Miele appliances, including large freezer, wine fridge) and a very nice cooking island. Directly from the kitchen leads to a very large balcony / terrace overlooking the Planei slope, you can sit here very beautiful from noon to sunset in the sun and look at the hustle and bustle on the slopes; unfortunately missing enough patio furniture and / or chairs - a great pity! The penthouse has a total of 3 bedrooms, each with attached very modern bathrooms. As a big drawback, however, we have the very different size and decor of the rooms felt, the previously not communicated. One room is very luxurious and large with a freestanding bath, TV and its own very large balcony. Another bedroom is much smaller with a double bed and a bunk bed; you can go to the double bed - estimated size about 16 square meters, no TV, no balcony. The third bedroom is very small; The double bed is a Murphy bed, you can not walk around the bed, estimated size about 12 square meters, no TV, no balcony. The sauna in the house is accessible with a slightly further way only on the outside area and there is no private relaxation room. The apartment is overall very nice and valuable - no question. The very different design of the bedrooms, which was not previously communicated, and other trifles (furnishing of the terrace, location of the sauna, no firewood) disturb the overall impression but significantly and are the claim and price of a penthouse apartment not really fair. Therefore only 3 stars.
