Bushaltestelle, Geschäfte und Lokalitäten liegen in sehr naher Umgebung??In die Whg. kommt man direkt von der kostenfreien Tiefgarage aus?Die Fwhg ist sehr geräumig und ideal für Fam. mit 2 Kindern?Leider war sie bei unserem eintreffen in der kalten Jahreszeit meines Empfinden nach nicht angenehm warm???WZ nur knapp 20° Bad und SZ waren ok, im KZ ging die Heizung nur bedingt. Der Besitzer hat mehrmals versucht das Problem zu beheben, jedoch ohne Erfolg?Er hat uns dann angeboten, am nächsten Tag einen zusätzlichen Wärmeofen für das WZ zu bringen. Am dritten Tag des durchheizen war sie dann jedoch schön warm. Das Kochgeschirr ist leider unterste Schublade, zwar sauber aber doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen???? in dem ich nicht kochen wollte??? Geschirr, Gläser waren ganz ok, aber die Bestecke waren ebenfalls grenzwertig. Super fand ich im Bad die breite Wanne???? in der man locker zu zweit nebeneinander liegen kann, oder für Kinder ein Erlebnis ist. Auch Hunde sind gerne willkommen????Platz für viel Garderobe ist auch im Winter sehr viel vorhanden, genauso wie genug Hand - und Duschtücher. Für einen Bettwäsche Wechsel zwischendurch gibt es auch extra Wäsche dafür????Die Besitzer der Fwhg sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, bei Problemen gibt es sofort Hilfe???Die Betten im SZ müssten dringend ausgewechselt werden, da sie wahnsinnig laut knarren????Im KZ dagegen sind sie sehr bequem. Kissen und Zudecken waren kuschelig?Die Möbel ansich sind ok, leider schon etwas abgewohnt? aber alles in allem ist die Fwhg ok, wenn man nicht zu große Ansprüche stellt. Wir haben uns trotz der erwähnten Mängel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Komplett Preis incl. aller NK ( 7ÜN 3Pers 1Hund, Kurtaxe und Endreinigung betrug in der Zeit 11.10 - 18.10.2020 knapp 700€ ) dagegen war nix auszusetzen und für uns total ok????? Nachbesserung meiner Bewertung nach der Abreise. Nachdem wir bei der Schlüsselabgabe die Mängel angesprochen haben, wurde gesagt, dass es eine neue Küche geben soll, worüber sich bestimmt ein jeder neuer Gast freuen würde? Unfortunately, when we arrived in the cold season, it was not pleasantly warm in my opinion WZ only barely 20 ° bath and SZ were ok, in the concentration camp the heating was only partially. The owner has tried several times to fix the problem, but without success ? He then offered us to bring an additional heating furnace for the WZ the next day. On the third day of heating up, however, it was nice and warm. Unfortunately, the cookware is in the bottom drawer, although it is clean, it is very old - in which I did not want to cook - dishes, glasses were okay, but the cutlery was also marginal. I found the wide bathtub in the bathroom great, in which you can easily lie next to each other for two, or it is an experience for children. Dogs are also very welcome ???? there is plenty of room for a lot of cloakroom, even in winter, as well as enough hand and bath towels. For a change of bed linen in between, there is also extra linen for it????The owners of the apartment are really very nice and helpful, in case of problems there is immediate help???The beds in the bedroom urgently need to be changed, as they creak so loudly? “In the concentration camp, on the other hand, they are very comfortable. Pillows and blankets were cozy?The furniture itself is ok, unfortunately a bit shabby?but all in all the apartment is ok if you don't have too high demands. Despite the shortcomings mentioned, we felt very comfortable. The complete price including all utilities (7ÜN 3Pers 1Hund, visitor's tax and final cleaning in the period 11.10 - 18.10.2020 was just under 700 €) was nothing to complain about and was totally ok for us Improving my rating after leaving.
