★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was close to public transport, which was nice. The place was clean and well maintained. What really bugged me was the phone call at 9 50 am when check out was at 10 to pay in cash for the room. I offered them to charge my card and they refused. As this was my last day in Vienna, I had spent all my cash the day before, so I had to scramble for the cash, although they had my card and everything... This left me confused and perplexed... Would have given 4 stars had it not been for the payment issue.
