L	Leo Leiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche und kompetente TA, preislich nicht die billigste, ihr ist das wohlergehen des Tieres scheinbar wichtiger als die finanzielle Situation der Halter. Grundsätzlich eine lobenswerte Haltung, allerdings fehlt die ausreichende Aufklärung vor der Behandlung, man erfährt zwar, dass etwas verabreicht wird, warum oder was genau dadurch erreicht werden soll, nur ganz kurz und eher hektisch. Beim Auschecken bekommt man dann von einer äußerst unfreundlichen Assistentin die gesalzene Rechnung präsentiert. Fazit: 5 Sterne für den Behandlungserfolg -1 Stern für die durch Zeitdruck mangelnde Aufklärung, - 1 Stern für die Assistentin. Wie letztere beim verabschieden schon ganz treffend gemeint hat: "VIELLEICHT bis zum nächsten Mal..." Friendly and competent TA, not the cheapest in terms of price, apparently the welfare of the animal is more important to her than the financial situation of the owner. Basically a praiseworthy attitude, but there is a lack of adequate education before the treatment, although you learn that something is being administered, why or what exactly is to be achieved, only very briefly and rather hectically. When checking out, an extremely unfriendly assistant presented you with the salted bill. Conclusion: 5 stars for the success of the treatment -1 star for the lack of clarification due to time pressure, - 1 star for the assistant. As the latter said quite aptly when saying goodbye: "MAYBE, see you next time ..."
