Der Schlüssel im Zylinder drehte sich durch - egal in welche Richtung er bewegt wurde. Gott sei Dank waren unsere Nachbarn zuhause und boten uns Unterschlupf. Dort konnten wir über unseren Versicherungsmakler unsere Polizze der Haushaltsversicherung ausmachen. Unser Anruf bei der Hotline der Generali Versicherung wurde rasch bearbeitet. Der nette Herr am Telefon sagte uns, dass EUR 250,-- für einen Schlüsseldienst inkludiert sind. "Das Aufsperren wird sich schon ausgehen damit ...". Mit einer Telefonnummer für einen Schlüsseldienst im Gepäck, machten wir uns daran diesen zu kontaktieren. Der nette Herr, dessen Namen ich lieber nicht nenne, sagte ziemlich forsch, dass das was der Mann von der Generali-Hotline uns erzählte, nicht stimmt. Der kann die Situation vor Ort gar nicht beurteilen um zu behaupten, dass sich ein Aufsperren mit EUR 250, ausgeht. Schließlich ist ja Sonntag. Nochmals bei der Versicherungs-Hotline angerufen um die Sache zu klären. Er meinte abschließend, dass er beim Schlüsseldienst anruft und unseren (noch nicht) getätigten Auftrag absagt .... Ein ungutes Gefühl kam über uns hoch. Erst heute wieder über die Schlüssel-Mafia gelesen. Ok. Dann viel meiner Frau ein, dass sie in der Esslinger Gruppe (Facebook) mal etwas über einen Aufsperrdienst gelesen hat. CASTIELLO. Wir haben sofort angerufen und die Situation geschildert. 20 Minuten später war Claudio da. Freundlich, sympathisch, professionell. Die Tür konnte geöffnet werden. Claudio´s Motto: leben und leben lassen. Er hielt sein telefonisches Angebot, nicht mehr als EUR 250 zu verlangen. Habe Angebot erhalten und wegen einer Nachfrage bezüglich Garantie wurde mir frech geantwortet, man habe plötzlich doch keine Zeit für die Montage und ich solle mich an die Fa. Riha wenden. Das habe ich dann gemacht. Der Preis dort: die Hälfte für exakt die gleiche Leistung. Unfortunately a failure.
