At our consultation, she said she could do the same for me, despite the mess I came in with. She really delivered! My before-and-after photos speak for themselves. I have very thin, fine, straight hair that needs cut exactly or it shows back marks. Macarena suggested a cut based on my face shape and daily life, and executed it perfectly. Additionally, Macarena suggested that I email the salon I went to first to explain what happened, show photos, and give them a chance to make it right. I think this shows a high level of integrity and respect for others in the profession.

I made keratin straightening with Newscha products. The result was broken, dry, frizzy hair like a dead broom. Besides being wet, they still stink strong rotten, even it is already a half of the year after the "treatment". The staff reacted not adequate, trying to keep their money.

This is an experienced and professional Salon with the best team, they even have vegan coloring solutions... Thank you!

When I returned the next day to get my abysmally ragged bangs tidied up (it can happen), I was treated poorly and almost yelled at by the owner. When I told the owner that I expected a decent haircut for 160 euros she replied, "Some people pay 600 euros, it's really not that much." I will never return to this place and am truly not able to recommend it.

I asked her to use more than 2 colors like 3 or 4 - she refused. I asked her about other options like balayage, ombre, bleaching - she refused. She chose 2 colors as she wanted without discussing with me and made some strands that are too contract to look good together and don't combine with each other - very unprofessional and low-quality job. The result looks old-fashioned, outdated, and unnatural.

I really appreciate that not only my stylist Anastasia takes the time to listen and discuss what I’m looking for, but is very professional and very welcoming. She’s honestly the only hair stylist I trust and recommend in Vienna.
