★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde heute nach einer Reklamation der Dokumentenfälschung und des Betruges bezichtigt,weil eine Angestellte "so ein Gefühl hatte". Es gibt dafür nicht den geringsten Beweis und zur Rede gestellt hat sie nur unverschämt gegrinst.
Ich wurde vor ein paar Wochen Brustkrebs operiert und bin nicht nur deswegen beleidigt und gekränkt. Jetzt bin ich auch noch fassungslos. Ich war eine gute Kundin und habe hochwertige Sachen gespendet. Mir als Sozialarbeiterin blutet das Herz, wenn man so gedankenlos mit Menschen umgeht.
After a complaint I was accused of document forgery and fraud today because an employee "had a feeling". There isn't the slightest proof of that and when confronted with it she only grinned impudently.
I had breast cancer surgery a few weeks ago and I'm not only offended and hurt because of that. Now I'm stunned too. I was a good customer and donated valuable items. As a social worker, my heart bleeds when you treat people so thoughtlessly.
