★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das CARITAS Pflegewohnhaus in ROTTENMANN beherbergt nur eine kleine Anzahl von Pflegebedürftigen. Die liebevolle Pflege durch das Pflegepersonal wiegt die räumlichen Nachteile welche das Gebäude mit sich bringt wieder voll auf. Die teils überforderten Pfleger und Pflegerinnen leisten - man kann ruhig sagen - übermenschliches. Die Personalknappheit schlägt sich insofern nieder, dass die Fluktuation im Bereich Personal sehr gross ist. Auch die Pflegeleitung wird ständig ausgetauscht. Kaum bringt eine neue Führung frischen Wind ins Gefüge muss er oder sie schon wieder weichen. Oft können die Führungskräfte die Fürchte ihrer Ideen gar nie kennen lernen. Meine Bitte an die GEMEINDE ROTTENMANN und die CARITAS ist die Pflegeanstalt in neuen adäquaten Räumlichkeiten unter zubringen! Es fehlt an einem Aufenthaltsraum wo die Pfleglinge sich miteinander unterhalten, spielen, musizieren, singen, und ähnliches können. Es ist so traurig wenn man die armen Teufel so leblos und statisch an den Tischen sitzen sieht, wo sie sich die meiste Zeit des Tages aufhalten müssen.
 The CARITAS nursing home in ROTTENMANN only houses a small number of people in need of care. The loving care by the nursing staff fully weighs the spatial disadvantages that the building brings with it. The sometimes overwhelmed carers do - one can safely say - superhuman. The shortage of personnel is reflected in the fact that the fluctuation in the personnel area is very high. The care management is also constantly being replaced. As soon as a new leadership brings a breath of fresh air into the structure, he or she has to give way again. Often the executives never get to know the fears of their ideas. My request to the ROTTENMANN GEMEINDE and CARITAS is the nursing home to be accommodated in new, adequate rooms! There is no lounge where the nurses can talk to each other, play, make music, sing, and the like. It is so sad to see the poor devils sitting so lifeless and static at the tables where they have to spend most of the day.
