A	Ahmed AbdelRehim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider keine vertrauenswürdige Handlungen und unseriöses Auftreten. Ich habe angerufen und einen Termin vereinbart. Als ich vor Ort war, wurde ich ignoriert. Ich musste den Herrn nochmal bitten mir das Auto zu zeigen. Er gab mir die Schlüssel und blieb sitzen. Nachdem ich mir das Auto angeschaut habe, habe ich weder ein Serviceheft noch irgendwelche anderen Dokumente sehen dürfen. Im Auto an der Tür steht, dass die Bremsflüssigkeit 2018 gewechselt wurde, aber es keine Unterlagen dazu gibt. Garantie wird durch Dritte „gewährt“. Ein Service wird bei einer „Partner-Werkstatt“ durchgeführt (Achtung! Bei einem Auto, dass nur bei autorisierten Werkstätten ein Service hatte, ist dies ein Wertverlust). Laut Händler ist ein ÖAMTC Ankaufstest nicht vertrauenswürdig!? Danke Car-Line Unfortunately no trustworthy actions and dubious demeanor. I called and made an appointment. After looking at the car, I was not allowed to see a service booklet or any other documents. In the car on the door it says that the brake fluid was changed in 2018, but there is no documentation. The guarantee is "granted" by a third party. A service is carried out at a "partner workshop" (attention! A car that has only been serviced by an authorized workshop is a loss of value). According to the dealer, an ÖAMTC purchase test is not trustworthy! ? Thank you Car-Line

Die Beratung, der Abschluss des Kaufvertrages und die Übergabe des Fahrzeuges sind sehr sympathisch, kompent und tadellos abgewickelt worden. Angesichts der vielen weiteren schönen Fahrzeuge, die von Car line in Marchtrenk angeboten werden, kann ich das Autohaus sehr empfehlen. I bought my dream car (BMW 218d Grand tourer Sportline) from Car line at the end of March 2021. I was able to arrange a test drive without any problems. The advice, the conclusion of the purchase contract and the handover of the vehicle were very personable, competent and flawless. In view of the many other beautiful vehicles that Car line in Marchtrenk offers, I can highly recommend the dealership.

Als ich dann dort war und bereits das Auto von außen angesehen habe, sind inzwischen 2 Angestellte in ihr "Büro" gegangen, welche mich aber offensichtlich wahrgenommen haben. Kam aber keine Reaktion Danach bin ich zu ihnen ins Büro gegangen und habe eben gefragt, ob vielleicht doch mal jemand kommen möchte zwecks Präsentation vom Auto bzw Probefahrt. Dann wurde mir einfach gesagt, das Auto ist schon eine halbe Woche verkauft , aber trotzdem noch Online ist und sogar ein Termin zur Besichtigung fixiert war.. Danke für den Ausflug Hail damage, fuel tank completely to zero, sticker 1 year expired, service forever due, steering wheel vibrates extremely from 60km / h - and about which, despite 2 phone calls in advance and 2 hours of arrival, zero tells. Besonders positiv ist aufgefallen, dass sich immer genügend Zeit für die vielen Fragen genommen wurde und auf E-Mails wurde zeitnah geantwortet. Alles war immer gut vorbereitet und Absprachen wurden zu 100% eingehalten. Das Autohaus für einen Autokauf, kann man nur empfehlen.
