Man steht auf dem asphaltierten Parkplatz vor dem Hotelrestaurant neben Baufahrzeugen☹️. Strom vorhanden, Sanitäranlagen sauber und in Ordnung. Der eigentliche Campingplatz ist voll mit Dauermietern und gleicht einem Ghetto. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert! Staff very friendly! Nice view and area. But it doesn't deserve the name campsite. You stand on the asphalt parking lot in front of the hotel restaurant next to construction vehicles☹️. Electricity available, sanitary facilities clean and in order. The actual campsite is full of long-term tenants and looks like a ghetto. Not recommended for longer stays!
M	Michael Mumm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativ: Auf telefonische Voranfrage werden Wohnmobile angenommen, der Platz ist dafür aber definitiv nicht ausgelegt. Womos werden in bzw. seitlich der asphaltierten Zufahrt untergebracht, wo wir zunächst noch Blumenkübel u.ä. beiseite räumen mussten, damit die Zufahrt noch nutzbar war. Ziemlich gerümpeliges Ambiente, Stromanschlüsse nur zum Teil funktionsfähig, Warmwasser Glückssache, Preise anscheinend eher nach Gutdünken (bei uns 50 € für 2 Nächte). Positiv: Schöne und saubere Sanitäranlagen, freundliches Personal, nettes Restaurant mit gutem Essen und gutem Service. Ausgangspunkt für sehr schöne Wandertouren. Negative: Mobile homes are accepted upon prior telephone request, but the space is definitely not designed for it. Womos are housed in or to the side of the asphalt driveway, where we first have flower pots and the like. had to move aside so that the driveway was still usable. Quite a cluttered atmosphere, power connections only partially functional, hot water a matter of luck, prices apparently more at will (with us 50 € for 2 nights). Pros: Nice and clean sanitary facilities, friendly staff, nice restaurant with good food and good service. Starting point for very nice hiking tours.

K	Katherine Wood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in our little camper van for two nights last week after being caught out in torrential rain and arriving late afternoon with no reservation. The hotel is about 6km uphill and tricky to find initially. The campsite behind the hotel is for long term caravans and tents but they have two or three hard standing pitches in front of the hotel for camper vans. We had use of the lovely facilities in the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help us, particularly as we needed an adaptor to hook up to the electric. Some fellow mobile homers shared their adaptor with us but the next day a member of staff brought one or two up from home to help sort us out. We bought fresh rolls and milk from the breakfast buffet in the morning. There are any number of stunning walks from the village, and a bus comes up and down the hill a few times a day, bringing hikers and cyclists. We spent a hot afternoon at the Freibad in Egg, and another day hiking in the area around the hotel. Would love to come back and explore some more. A super find!
