Ich nehme mir dort einen ausliegenden Flyer, wo auch ein 50€ Gutschein oben ist, ich spreche mit dem, wie er sagt: "Chef" und er sieht dass ich die Flyer habe und reist mir die Flyer aus der Hand und sagt, die Gutscheine da drinnen gelten nicht mehr. Also auch wenn der Mann einen schlechten Tag hatte, so etwas ist kein Kundenumgang. Er hätte auch sagen können tut mir leid, aber der Gutschein da drinnen gilt nicht mehr. Ich wollte eigentlich nur das Geschriebene & die Autos vom Flyer zu Hause studieren, aber schon witzig, lässt die Flyer dort liegen & reist sie dann den Kunden aus der Hand. So wird das nix. Wanted to get a prospectus last week and inquire about a loan over 3 weeks. I take a flyer from there, where there is also a 50 € voucher above, I speak to how he says: "boss" and he sees that I have the flyer and travels the flyer from my hand and says, the vouchers in there no longer apply. So even if the man had a bad day, something like that is not a customer deal. He could have said I'm sorry, but the voucher in there is no longer valid. I just wanted to study the writing and the cars from the flyer at home, but it's funny, I leave the flyer there and travel it out of the customers' hands. It won't work.

Der Van war nagelneu, super ausgestattet und auch preislich günstiger als bei den größeren Mitbewerbern. Hr. Spießberger hat sich eine Stunde für die Einweisung des Fahrzeugs Zeit genommen und auch die Rückgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind auf den Campinggeschmack gekommen und freuen uns schon auf die nächste Van-Reise! Herzlichen Dank nochmal! We borrowed a Hymer van with a roof tent from Campcar. The van was brand new, superbly equipped and also cheaper than the larger competitors. Mr. Spießberger took an hour to instruct the vehicle and returning it was very straightforward. We got a taste for camping and are already looking forward to the next van trip! Many thanks again!

Dem Vormieter ist ein kleiner Unfall passiert. Daher musste uns Herr Spiessberger die Nachricht übermitteln das wir das Auto etwas später oder sogar erst nächsten Tag bekommen. Durch den Einsatz von Herrn Spiessberger und der Werkstatt konnten wir das Auto am selben Tag am Abend noch abholen. Wir bekamen diesen Tag gutgeschrieben. Die Übergabe verlief super. Sehr freundlich, sehr ausführlich es blieben wirklich keine Fragen offen. Herr Spiessberger ist bei Problemen auch 24h erreichbar. Auto super, neu, extrem sauber. Rückgabe total Problemlos. Kaution und der gutgeschriebene Tag sofort wieder retour überwiesen. Nächstes Jahr wieder Absolute Empfehlung! Booking super easy. Mr. Spiessberger answered every question in a friendly manner. We rented a Hymer Free 600 campus. A minor accident happened to the previous tenant. Therefore, Mr. Spiessberger had to send us the message that we would get the car a little later or even the next day. Thanks to Mr. Spiessberger and the workshop, we were able to pick up the car on the same day in the evening. We got credited that day. The handover went really well. Very friendly, very detailed, there were really no questions left unanswered. Mr. Spiessberger can also be reached 24 hours a day if there are problems. Car great, new, extremely clean. Returns totally problem-free. The deposit and the credited day are immediately transferred back. Next year again Absolute recommendation!

Well equipped vehicle, super accommodating regarding earlier collection of the motorhome by Mr. Spiessberger - THANK YOU again for that!
