Oma hat mir zu Weihnachten 4 Strumpfhosen gekauft; war ohne Brille dort und für mich, 175 cm groß, wurde ihr die kleinste Größe mitgegeben. Die original verpackten Artikel wollte ich am ersten Tag nach Weihnachten umtauschen - Oma behält keine Quittungen denn sie kauft mir seit 10 Jahren Strumpfhosen der Größe 3/4 oder 4 bei Calzedonia im Südpark - dort ist so etwas nie passiert... Jedenfalls die Verkäuferin in den City Arkadeb: ohne Quittung kein Umtausch, schließlich ist jetzt nach Weihnachten alles reduziert. Ich: Kein Problem ich nehme auch reduzierte Ware. Verkäuferin: Sie könnten die Ware ja gestohlen haben, deshalb gibt es ohne Quittung keinen Umtausch. Unfassbar... So kommt man auch zu seinen Verkaufszahlen... Ja trotz Erklärung dass eine Verkäuferin einen Fehler gemacht hat keine Chance und ich wurde hinaus geworfen. Dann direkt zu einem anderen Calzedonia, umgetauscht, gar kein Problem. Wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.
Nachtrag: dieser Beitrag wurde (höchstwahrscheinlich von Calzedonia-City Arkaden-Mitarbeitern) einfach auf einen anderen Shop verschoben, sodass sie keine schlechte Bewertung mehr haben. Kunden zu täuschen scheint also zum Tagesprogramm zu gehören.
Shop in the south park or at the old place nice, cultured and professional. The shop in the city arcades is not recommended.
Grandma bought me 4 tights for Christmas; was there without glasses and for me, 175 cm tall, she was given the smallest size. Seller: You might have stolen the goods, so there is no exchange without a receipt. Unbelievable ... How to get to his sales figures ... Yes, despite the explanation that a saleswoman made a mistake and I was kicked out. Then directly to another Calzedonia, exchanged, no problem. Really not recommended.
Addendum: this post was (most likely by Calzedonia City Arkaden staff) simply moved to another store so they do not have a bad rating anymore. To deceive customers seems to belong to the daily program.
