Und natürlich lecker :-) Very friendly staff, beautiful interior, large selection of Cakepopos which are beautifully decorated and very extravagant ... And of course delicious :-)

Können Cake Couture leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Beautiful design of the wedding cake. Tastes good. Care and handling in the end a disappointment. Unfortunately, Cake Couture cannot make a recommendation.

Sofortige Kontaktaufnahme und persönliche Betreuung. Die Hochzeitstorte war ein Highlight übertroffen im Design und Geschmack. Nur zu empfehlen. Wir sind begeistert. Auch innovative Wünsche sind umgesetzt worden. Für uns die Top-Adresse 1. Chapeau Super friendly contact. Support and high level. We had a personal trial tasting that exceeded all expectations. Immediate contact and personal support. The wedding cake was a highlight surpassed in design and taste. I can only recommend it. We are excited. Innovative requests have also been implemented. Nach einem Telefonat haben wir die Spezifikationen nochmals schriftlich mitgeteilt und bis heute 26.8.2019 keinerlei Reaktion mehr erhalten. Wir haben eine andere Auffassung von Kundenwertschätzung und Service. Selbst wenn man einen Auftrag nicht bewältigen kann oder abwickeln möchte, darf man sich wohl eine Reaktion erwarten. Wir haben dann woanders bestellt und wurden sehr kompetent, höflich und prompt bedient. Deshalb können wir absolut keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Schade! We requested in time (16.8.2019) for a company opening at the end of the month because of a cake. After a telephone call, we have again communicated the specifications in writing and until today 26.8.2019 received no more reaction. We have a different view of customer value and service. Even if you can not handle a job or want to complete, you may well expect a response. We then ordered elsewhere and were very competent, courteous and promptly served. That's why we can not make any recommendations. Pity!

Absolut nicht kundenorientiert, Vorstellungen einer Torte die man online gesehen hat werden direkt abgelehnt (obwohl absolut in keinster Weise davon gesprochen wurde das wir eine Kopie davon haben wollen). Lediglich hat uns der Stil gefallen, aber darüber wird nicht mal gesprochen sondern der Termin zu einem tasting, dass wir selbstverständlich bezahlt hätten, auch gerne mehr als verlangt wurde, ist direkt (trotz Verfügbarkeit) abgelehnt worden. Der Grund der Ablehnung war, weil ich ein ehrlicher Kunde bin und mitgeteilt habe, dass ich auch auf eine Rückmeldung einer anderen Konditorei warte bezüglich einem tasting Termin. Es wurde mir dann unterstellt, ich spiele die Dienstleister preislich aus. Es tut mir leid aber ich selbst als Dienstleister lasse mir sowas nicht gefallen. Ich bin gerne bereit einen höheren Preis zu zahlen, wenn ich die gewünschte Qualität erhalte. Der Service hat in Sachen Qualität kläglich versagt und jeder der mich nach meiner Meinung fragt wird von mir dieses ehrliche Feedback zu hören bekommen, auch gerne zu sehen bekommen denn den Schriftverkehr dazu gibt es natürlich. ? Very bad customer service. Absolutely not customer-oriented, presentations of a cake that one has seen online are rejected outright (although absolutely no mention was made of the fact that we want a copy of it). We only liked the style, but we don't even talk about it, but the appointment for a tasting, which we would of course have paid for, even more than was asked for, was rejected directly (despite availability). The reason for the rejection was because I am an honest customer and have stated that I am also waiting for a response from another pastry shop regarding a tasting appointment. It was then assumed that I would play out the service providers in terms of price. I'm sorry, but as a service provider, I don't put up with something like that. I am happy to pay a higher price if I get the quality I want. The service failed miserably in terms of quality and everyone who asks me for my opinion will be happy to hear this honest feedback from me because the correspondence is of course there. ?

The staff is very cheerful, and the cake is so soft and well moistured. Vegan-friendly cakes are available too. Must try cake shop in Salzburg.
