L	Lisa-Marie Mancilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis dato war ich mit dem Angebot und der Qualität der Torten und des Kaffees zufrieden, doch ich kann mich einigen Vorkommentaren nur anschließen, dass die Konditorei nicht kinderfreundlich ist. Auf meine Frage, ob es Hochstühle gibt bekam ich als patzige Antwort, dass das Lokal dafür nicht ausgelegt sei und ich solle doch den Kinderwagen (der am Rand stand) wegschieben, falls noch Gäste kämen (nur ein weiterer Tisch besetzt). Wir haben uns dann ein anderes Lokal gesucht und werden das Café und die Konditorei Erb auch nicht mehr aufsuchen. So far, I have been satisfied with the range and quality of the cakes and coffee, but I can only agree with a few comments that the pastry shop is not child-friendly. When I asked if there were high chairs, I got a snappy answer that the place was not designed for it and I should push the pram (which stood on the edge) away if there were still guests (only another table occupied). We then looked for a different restaurant and will no longer visit the Erb café and pastry shop.

Wir hatten kurz warten müssen, bis im Gastgarten etwas frei wurde, und obwohl viel Betrieb war, war der Service hervorragend. Schnell und freundlich und der Kaffee war sehr gut. Die Kinder aßen Tüteneis und die Erwachsenen einen Eisbecher. Die Preise sind okay, obwohl die Becher nicht riesig sind. Dafür bekommt man qualitativ hochwertiges Eis, wo Fruchteis auch Früchte enthält und Vanilleeis tatsächlich Vanille. Für uns war alles wunderbar. We ended our Sunday trip with an ice cream at Café Erb. We had to wait a little while for something to become available in the garden, and although there was a lot of activity, the service was excellent. Quick and friendly and the coffee was very good. The children ate ice cream cones and the adults a sundae. The prices are okay, although the mugs are not huge. In return you get high quality ice cream, where fruit ice cream also contains fruit and vanilla ice cream actually vanilla. Everything was wonderful for us.

G	Günter Steibl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ausgezeichneten Mehlspeisen wurden leider durch die Unhöflichkeit einer Servicemitarbeiterin getrübt. Obwohl wir mit einigen Sackerl das Lokal betraten wurde uns ein sogenannter Katzentisch zugewiesen, obwohl im hinteren Raum noch größere freie Tische verfügbar waren. Darauf angesprochen reagierte die Mitarbeiterin verärgert. Es gibt auch noch andere Konditoreien..... Beim zweiten Besuch am 18.10.2020 waren alle anwesenden Servicemitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, die Mehlspeisen ausgezeichnet und die Beratung bezüglich der ausgestellten Weihnachtsdekoration sehr geduldig. Daher erhöhe ich meine Bewertung au vier Sterne. Nach sieben Monaten wieder hier gewesen. Kaffe und Mehlspeisen - Bananenschnitte bzw Erbsünde ausgezeichnet. The excellent pastries were unfortunately tarnished by the rudeness of one of the service staff. Although we entered the restaurant with a few bags, we were assigned a so-called cat table, although there were still larger free tables available in the back room. When asked about this, the employee reacted angrily. There are also other pastry shops ..... On the second visit on October 18, 2020, all the service employees present were very polite and courteous, the pastries were excellent and the advice on the Christmas decorations on display was very patient. So I'm increasing my rating to four stars. Been here again after seven months. Coffee and pastries - banana slices or original sin excellent.
