★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An institution. Best view onto Graz, can be crowded though. On a nice summer day you might queue up for quite a while to get your coffee. That would be a no-go in the country of non-queuers. but everyone's so happy up there you rarely hear a complaint. exceptional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give it 5 stars for the location and view, but 4 stars have to come off for the awful food & drinks. A pity and a waste of such a lovely place. Needs more staff (washing up piled everywhere), needs better quality everything (milk isn't fresh, cheese is presliced rubber, bread is too, vegetables are wilting etc etc). Next time I'll bring a flask and a packed lunch and fully enjoy the view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is really beautiful, but service is really slowly. If I would own this, I would invest in educated, good and fast working staff. Last time we left even without ordering anything (and we saw many people doing the same) because the selfservice queue for the outside area was just to long and we did not really see it getting shorter. So, I would give 5 Star for the location and the view, but slow service and limited offer of food and sometimes confused waiters lead the ranking to max 3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: if you intend to come with High Heels do yourself a favour and take a taxi up the hill.. the location is very pretty and you get a magnificent view over Graz.
Menu: was Okey
Staff: super attentive, very friendly and always looking for orders.
Bathroom: although it seemed clean the odor was an absolute disgrace.
