Sehr freundliche Leute, gute Abwechslung in der Küche und extrem kurze Wartezeit. Mein persönliches Highlight ist deren eigenes Pommesgewürz (welches sie mir um die Burg nicht verraten wollten, was es ist ;-)). Weswegen ich jeden Tag etwas mit Pommes bestellt habe - kein Witz. Wie dem auch sei ich würde definitiv wieder hingehen. Die Karte und deren Menüs sind abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Ideal geeignet für kleine Gruppen und wo das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis stimmen muss. As part of an apprenticeship I spent a week in Manolo and every single day was very pleasantly surprised. Very friendly people, good variety in the kitchen and extremely short wait. My personal highlight is their own French spice (which they did not want to tell me about the castle, which it is ;-)). Which is why I ordered something with fries every day - no joke. Anyway, I would definitely go back. The menu and their menus are varied and very good. Ideal for small groups and where the price / performance ratio must be right.
T	Twizy Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lecker, günstig, super freundliche Mitarbeiter! Die Burger sind um Welten besser und preiswerter als in der überteuerten Stadtliebe oder anderen Hipsterbuden.... Komme gerne wieder! Very tasty, cheap, super friendly staff! The burgers are worlds better and cheaper than in the overpriced Stadtliebe or other hipster joints.... I'd love to come back!

Stock latschen, einen Tisch aussuchen und warten lässt, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass man nicht bedient werden kann, weil in einer Stunde eine geschlossene Gesellschaft erwartet wird.... ein kleines Zettelchen mit dieser Information unten am Eingang des Restaurants wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das Lokal war übrigens halb voll (oder leer?). Wie die Gerichte schmecken, können wir leider nur aus vorangehenden Erfahrungen sagen. Künftige wird es hier sicher nicht mehr geben. The staff shortage in this restaurant must be very glaring when you walk up to the first floor, let guests choose a table and wait, only to find out that you cannot be served because a closed party is expected in an hour .... a little piece of paper with this information at the bottom of the entrance to the restaurant would have been helpful. By the way, the restaurant was half full (or empty?). Unfortunately, we can only say what the dishes taste like from previous experience. There won't be any more here in the future.

Placé à une table. 2 minutes après le cuisinier arrive et nous annonce que nous devons partir car il ne prépare plus de repas. Le restaurant était presque vite (maximum 10 personnes) et la serveuse venait à peine de servir le repas d'un couple. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il se passe dans ce restaurant. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Very bad experience! Scandal. Arrival at 12:30 (Saturday), we are 3. Placed at a table. 2 minutes later the cook arrives and tells us that we have to leave because he is no longer preparing meals. The restaurant was almost fast (maximum 10 people) and the waitress had barely served a couple's meal. I don't know what's going on in this restaurant. I do not recommend at all.
