S	Schnanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Bestellung wurde storniert eigentlich echt schwach für ein Lokal das Lieferung anbietet Naja jetzt weiß ich was ich in Zukunft nicht empfehlen werde LG was noch hinzuzufügen ist das ich mein Geld schon überwiesen habe bevor ich die Information bekommen habe dass der Lieferservice ja anscheinend doch nicht verfügbar sei. Und jetzt zu behaupten dass ich nicht Menschlich genug sei um dass zu verstehen ist eigentlich auch ziemlich unprofessionell also ich weiß ja nicht was Sie mit animieren meinen aber damit hab ich tatsächlich nichts zu tun. Und außerdem auf welcher Grundlage unterstellen Sie mir das ? Auf der anderen Seite haben Sie natürlich auch Recht wenn Mjam keine Lieferanten hatt und dass anscheinend zu spät angibt können Sie natürlich nichts dafür so weit habe ich nicht gedacht und dass tut mir auch leid. Naja ich werde die Rezension Zeitnah wieder löschen. T	Tommy Pawlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr teuer, Geschmacklich nicht gut. Das einzige was geschmeckt hat waren die Pommes. Wir hatten das Beef Tartar: mit viel zu viel Ketchup gestreckt und mit 2 Scheiben Toastbrot. Die 2 Scheiben die von alleine (ohne sie zu bestellen) nachgereicht wurden wurden mit 2 € (!) verrechnet. Der Grillteller der in einer Scheibtruhe serviert wurde war eigentlich nur mit Pommes voll. Darauf lagen 3 Stück Fleisch die nach nichts geschmeckt haben und auch nicht zu identifizieren waren. Dann gab es 1 (!) Cevapcici und ein halbes Würstchen. Darüber ein Ei. Die Bedienung war völlig ok nur als wir gefragt wurden ob alles passt und wir sagten dass es nicht so schmeckt wurde uns gesagt wir können ja nachsalzen…. Bin mir sicher dass ich nicht wieder kommen werde Very expensive, not good in taste. The only thing that tasted good were the fries. We had the beef tartare: stretched with way too much ketchup and with 2 slices of toast. The 2 discs that were submitted by themselves (without ordering them) were charged with 2 € (!). The grill plate that was served in a disc chest was actually only full of french fries. There were 3 pieces of meat on it that didn't taste like anything and couldn't be identified. Then there was 1 (!) Cevapcici and half a sausage. An egg on top. The service was completely ok only when we were asked whether everything was okay and we said that it didn't taste good we were told we can add salt…. I am sure that I will not come again

Der Geschmack ist hervorragend.Wir hatten die Balkan Platte für zwei,die zahlt sich aus wenn man Hunger hat.Buntgemischt ist alles mögliche drauf,der Reis ist Göttlich,die Kartoffeln und das Fleisch es ist alles gut. Am besten man probiert es selber,ich war mehr als zufrieden.Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Lokal und die WC`s sind sauber. :-) Super friendly, quick and attentive service. The portions are really big. The taste is excellent. We had the Balkan platter for two, it pays off when you are hungry. All sorts of things are mixed, the rice is divine, the potatoes and the meat are all good. The best thing to do is try it myself, I was more than satisfied. Parking spaces are right in front of the restaurant and the toilets are clean. :-)

M	Madlen Bianca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor fast 4 Wochen (02.01.22) dort 5 Mittagessen, 2x Salat und ein Dosenbier bestellt. Nach 1,5 Stunden meldete sich jemand von dort telefonisch und meinte es würde noch etwas länger dauern. Nach insgesamt 2,5 Stunden brachte der Lieferant die 5 Mittagessen, hat jedoch die Salate vergessen und auch das Bier. Das Essen war kalt und bei einer Bestellung wurden Kartoffeln statt Pommes geliefert. Nach einem Anruf bzgl des vergessenen Essen, meinte man es würde sofort weggeschickt und wir würden Cremschnitten als Entschuldigung bekommen. Nach weiteren 40 Minuten kamen die Salate und eine Cremschnitte an, jedoch wieder kein Bier. Anstatt den Lieferanten nochmals loszuschicken gab er uns das Geld fürs Bier zurück (er wollte uns schnell eines an der Tankstelle besorgen). Danach meldete sich der Kanonenhof und entschuldigte sich, da so viel los sei und meinte wir würden als Entschuldigung einen Gutschein bekommen. Ich warte heute noch darauf.. Ordered 5 lunches, 2x salad and a canned beer there almost 4 weeks ago (01/02/22). After 1.5 hours, someone from there called and said it would take a little longer. After a total of 2.5 hours, the supplier brought the 5 lunches, but forgot the salads and the beer. The food was cold and one order was delivered potatoes instead of fries. After calling about the forgotten food, they said it would be sent away immediately and we would get cream cakes as an apology. After another 40 minutes, the salads and a cream slice arrived, but again no beer. Instead of sending the delivery man out again, he gave us back the money for the beer (he wanted to get us one quickly at the gas station). Then the Kanonenhof reported and apologized because there was so much going on and said we would get a voucher as an apology. I'm still waiting today...
