D	Di Jana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein absolut schlimmster Aufenthalt dort und ich reise viel! Eigentümerin extrem herablassend und möchte am liebsten Gäste vergraulen. Schade um die Unterkunft. My absolute worst stay there and I travel a lot! Owner extremely condescending and would like to scare away guests. Shame about the accommodation.

Vor allem das herablassende und mehr als unfreundliche Verhalten des Personals uns gegenüber (!!!) sowie auch die Unterschiede in den Zimmern (uralt/renovierungsbedürftig bis hin zu neuem Bad) trotz selben Preis sind nicht in Ordnung! Es war das erste und letzte Mal! Despite the great location - NEVER AGAIN! Especially the condescending and more than unfriendly behavior of the staff towards us (!!!) as well as the differences in the rooms (very old / in need of renovation up to a new bathroom) despite the same price are not ok! It was the first and last time!

Zuerst hat sie uns eine sehr unpassende, schroffe Ansage gemacht und behandelt, als wären wir ihre minderjährigen Kinder. Anschließend richtete sie uns auch noch lautstark bei den anderen Gästen aus. Bodenlose Frechheit und keinen Cent wert! Once and NEVER again! The owner is very unfriendly and incompetent. At first she made us a very inappropriate, harsh announcement and treated us as if we were her underage children. Afterwards she loudly directed us to the other guests. Bottomless cheek and not worth a cent!

Angefangen über die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin bis hin zum Aufenthalt. Mehr fällt mir dazu nicht ein als unverschämt, unfreundlich und respektlos ihren Gästen gegenüber! Wirklich NIE NIE WIEDER. Und das mit den Parkplätzen hat ihr auch nicht gepasst aber das war das kleinste Problem. Aber gut wenn man sich die letzten Rezessionen so durchließt wundert mich da nichts mehr... Has never been treated so rude and disrespectful in a hotel / guesthouse in my life. Starting with the communication with the owner up to the stay. I can't think of anything more than being outrageous, unfriendly and disrespectful to your guests! Really, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. And she didn't like the parking lot either, but that was the smallest problem. But good if you let yourself through the last recessions like that, nothing surprises me anymore ...
S	Stefanie Moisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Wir sind Freunden auf Urlaub gewesen und erst später nach Hause gekommen. Sie war sehr herablassend und unfreundlich zu uns. Ebenso hatten wir ein schlechtes Gewissen wenn wir am Abend die Klopspülung noch benutzen wollten. Unser Zimmer ist ebenso in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem aufgrund des Verhaltens der Inhaberin würde ich diese Pension nicht weiterempfehlen. The accommodation is very central. We were friends on vacation and only came home later. She was very condescending and rude to us. We also had a guilty conscience if we wanted to use the rinse aid in the evening. Our room is also getting on in years. Mainly because of the behavior of the owner, I would not recommend this pension to others.

Man traut sich in der Nacht kaum die Toilettenspülung zu bestätigen, da man ständig auf die Hausortung verwiesen wird. Die Zimmer waren nicht alle den Fotos entsprechend. Es steht im Internet, dass pro Zimmer 1 Parkplatz vorhanden ist, hat der Leitung nicht gepasst, dass wir tatsächlich pro Zimmer mit einem Auto gekommen sind. We have been on vacation in Velden for a few years and have never been treated so condescendingly as here by the pension management! You hardly dare to confirm the toilet flush at night, because you are constantly referred to the house location. The rooms were not all according to the photos. It says on the Internet that there is 1 parking space per room, the management didn't like that we actually came with one car per room.

Chefin und Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind immer sauber. Diese Pension ist sehr zu empfehlen und freuen uns sehr 2022 wieder zu planen. Every year we drive to our beloved pension with our Styrian Vespa tour. Centrally located and perfect parking spaces for our scooters. Manager and staff are very, very friendly and the rooms are always clean. This guesthouse is highly recommended and we are very much looking forward to planning again in 2022.

Very clean and service is very friendly. You feel like home. No dinner on site but there is a restaurant nearby or they help you ordering pizza or else. Breakfast is also very good. Thanks for the great experience!
