H	Helmut Artner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir nutzen das Cafe seit ca. 1 Jahre ud können nur das Beste darüber sagen; sowohl Frühstück wie auch das Essen oder auch nur ein Kaffee am Nachmittag - alles wunderbar. Vorallem aber das Personal ist immer gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam selbst wenn viel Betrieb ist und es halt einmal eine Minute längern dauert. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmes Lokal. We use the cafe for about 1 year ud can only say the best about it; Both breakfast and the food or just a coffee in the afternoon - everything was wonderful. But above all the staff is always in a good mood and very attentive even if a lot of business and it just takes a minute longer. All in all a very pleasant place.

Wer zahlen möchte kann dann anschließend weitere 10 Minuten warten. Personal wirkt sehr unmotiviert und unbemüht. Große Defizite die auf jedenfall verbessert werden müssen. Die Monopolstellung des Kaffeehauses im Krankenhaus wird hier klar ausgenutzt. Bad service. Very long waiting times for the service. You can wait up to 10 minutes for a simple coffee. Whoever wants to pay can then wait another 10 minutes. Staff seems very unmotivated and effortless. Big deficits that definitely need to be improved. The monopoly of the coffeehouse in the hospital is clearly being exploited here.

Es standen 4 Kellner hinter der Theke und trotzdem musste ich 15 Minuten lang warten und zusehen wie die Kellner sich unterhielten und Kaffee getrunken haben. Beim bezahlen gab mir die Kellnerin zu wenig Geld raus als ich sie zurück gerufen habe, ist sie nach hinten in die Küchen GELAUFEN und hat mich ignoriert (mein rufen war laut und deutlich)! Ich habe die anderen Kellner gebeten sie zurück zu holen aber nach 10 Minuten kam sie immer noch nicht. Mein Geld hab ich nach insgesamt einer halben Stunde von einem anderen Kellner bekommen und wurde zudem noch beschimpft. Soetwas unsympathisches und inkompetentes habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt! Nie wieder!!!!!! I have never experienced such a bad service! I went to the counter to order a coffee to go. There were 4 waiters behind the counter and still I had to wait 15 minutes and watch the waiters talking and having coffee. When paying, the waitress gave me too little money when I called her back, she went back to the kitchens and ignored me (my call was loud and clear)! I asked the other waiters to bring her back but after 10 minutes she still did not come. I got my money after half an hour from another waiter and was also insulted. Something unpleasant and incompetent I have never experienced in my life! Never again!!!!!!

Wenn man hier bestellt, sollte man das Essen gleich mit bestellen, da es sonst niemand vom Personal kümmert ob man noch aus der Speisekarte wählt und mit dem Satz „ich möchte noch schauen“ kann man getrost sicher gehen, es wird niemand auch auf wink Zeichen vom Personal reagieren!.... eigentlich kein Stern wäre zu vergeben! Operating staff rather unmotivated! If you order here, you should order the food at the same time, as no one else from the staff cares whether you choose from the menu and with the sentence “I want to watch” you can confidently be sure that no one will give a wink from the staff react! .... actually no star would be awarded!

Was ich allerdings eine Sauerei finde ist, dass ein Krankenhaus-Cafe einen Raucherbereich anbietet, habe meinen eigenen Augen nicht getraut! Wirklich unglaublich! About the cafe and the service, I can neither very good nor bad report was ok, without much complaints. What I find a mess, however, is that a hospital cafe offers a smoking area, did not trust my own eyes! Truly unbelievable!
