Great cakes, quick, very friendly, young lady in the service, good portion size, good, not outstanding coffee, you could still buy something here ...

Die 2 Sterne sind für das gute Essen Trinken und Eis Teilweise Kam das Personal sehr verwirrt rüber Staff tried hard but very slowly and it wasn't busy yesterday afternoon if we wanted to order something we had to look for a waitress and still the drink was forgotten, we must have waited 40 minutes for a pizza garlic baguette and drink. The 2 stars are for the good food, drink and ice cream Sometimes the staff came across as very confused
F	F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute zu viert dort, um Punkt 16:00 Uhr haben wir uns hingesetzt, um 16:27 Uhr haben wir die Eiskarte bekommen und um 16:33 Uhr wurde die Bestellung aufgenommen. Um 17:07 Uhr ist das Eis gekommen, wobei nur 3 von 4 Eisbechern gekommen sind - der 4. wurde dann einmal von drinnen nach draußen getragen (für 5 Sekunden ist die Kellnerin draußen gestanden) und dann wurde das Eis wieder reingetragen. Es wurde bei keinem Tisch nachgefragt - gar nichts. Zwischen Hinsitzen und Rechnung hat es dann ca. 1h 45 Minuten gedauert. Auf Ansprechen meinerseits wo der Eisbecher ist, wurde mir gesagt, sie hätten schon bemerkt, dass ein Eisbecher nicht zuordenbar ist. Naja, bei 20 Leuten die da sitzen, bei einem Gast steht dann kein Eis, kein Getränk, gar nichts - dann müsste eigentlich logisch sein, dass da noch was abgeht. Personal war wie immer relativ unfreundlich und unbemüht - auch sehr unterbesetzt finde ich. Wir werden jedenfalls nicht mehr hingehen, die Bedienung stimmt nicht, man wartet ewig und bei den meisten Eisbechern ist das Eis sehr hart (mit kleinen harten Kristallen). There were four of us there today, we sat down at 4 p.m. sharp, we received the ice cream menu at 4:27 p.m. and the order was taken at 4:33 p.m. At 5:07 p.m. the ice cream came, whereby only 3 out of 4 sundaes came - the 4th was then carried once from the inside out (the waitress stood outside for 5 seconds) and then the ice cream was brought back in. No inquiries were made at any table - nothing at all. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes between sitting down and doing the bill. When I asked where the sundae was, I was told that they had already noticed that an sundae could not be assigned. Well, with 20 people sitting there, with one guest there is no ice cream, no drink, nothing at all - then it should actually be logical that something is going on there. As always, the staff was relatively unfriendly and effortless - I also find it very understaffed. In any case, we won't go there, the service is wrong, you wait forever and most of the ice cream sundaes are very hard (with small, hard crystals).
R	René-Jochen Bröcker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute im Café und bin sehr angetan. An der Tür stand, dass man reservieren muss. Ich bin nur kurz in Österreich gewesen und hatte nicht reserviert. Die Damen sind sehr nett gewesen und so konnte meine Begleitung und ich unser Stück Torte mit dem Cappuccino genießen. Die Bedienung hat immer wieder sehr freundlich nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder ob sie uns noch etwas bringen darf. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, komme ich gerne wieder vorbei. I went to the café today and I'm very impressed. On the door it said that you have to make a reservation. I was only in Austria for a short time and hadn't made a reservation. The ladies were very nice and so my companion and I could enjoy our piece of cake with the cappuccino. The service always asked in a very friendly manner whether everything was fine or whether they could bring us anything else. When I'm around again, I'll be happy to come back.

I came here for dinner with my brother, we had been totally happy with the good food and the prices. The personnel here are good and always offer to help my brother choose what to eat! We are actually regulars. The waitress who also served us was polite and had a wonderful smile.
