★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice seating and view of the Danube. Decent ice cream but forest fruit cup had no fresh fruit in it in July.
They should only be allowing e-cigarettes in the seating areas - too many people smoking cigarettes while kids are around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream is wonderful and so are the desserts. The only thing that I would change is the service. Almost every time that I have been here the service was horrible. The waitresses are very rude and they seem as if they don’t care about anything or anyone. You always seem unwelcome here. This time we were moved from our tables so that they would close the “windows” on the terrace, on account of the “rain” that never came. I would say that this place is great but only what they serve. I would really recommend that they train their waitresses a little better, maybe more people would come back. I know that it’s always full here but that’s only on account that the ice cream is delicious, but the service SUCKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream are very good here, really delicious and you have a lot of tastes to choose from. But this are unfortunately all positives. Staff is not very kind. There are crowds of people, you don't even have time to think about your choice, everything happens too fast - but ok this is not a fault of staff or owner. But for the God's sake where is the hygiene? People from staff take money and then your cone with the same bare hand. It's generally unacceptable, and it happens now during global pandemic. They have masks and face guards, but what about hand hygiene? The other topic are the customers standing very close to each other, without masks, without social distance. I suppose you can restrict that and ask customers to behave appropriately. If you want to taste really good ice cream buy one in plastic cup, not in waffle cone.
