Nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben per Email keine einzige Rückmeldung auf meine Verbesserungsvorschläge bezüglich deren Produkte, Nachhaltigkeit, Herkunft der Rohstoffe, Anreiz zur Plastikmüllvermeidung beim Konsumenten und Bezahlsystem.
Man will sich anscheinend nicht verbessern und sitzt auf einem wackeligen hohen Ross.
Wir meiden seitdem in unserer doch sehr großen Firma diese Automaten.
One of the most questionable and customer-unfriendly companies I've ever encountered. After several letters by email, not a single feedback on my suggestions for improvement regarding their products, sustainability, origin of the raw materials, incentive to avoid plastic waste at the consumer and payment system.
Apparently you don't want to improve and sit on a shaky high horse.
Since then we have avoided these machines in our very large company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szybki rozładunek, bardzo miła atmosfera. Jedyny minus to ciężki wjazd oraz wyjazd dla pełnego zestawu 40Ton.
Fast unloading, very nice atmosphere. The only minus is heavy entry and exit for the full 40Ton set.
